Booking services in this place are horrible. I have made a reservation for a large group (17 people) a month in advance. Everything seemed to be going good. I called in 2 days before the event, and they told me there is no record of my reservation. Group dinning services could not find my reservation, the person said that he is new, and person who did reservation is not working there anymore... they were only able to rebook my party to 30 mins later than original time... Then i got a conformation email that it is booked for 8:45pm instead of 8:30pm. I called them again, and person who answered the phone said she will fix it for me. However, when my party showed up, reservation was still set for 8:45pm. They were not ready for us, and they were not ready to even for 8:45pm. We were only seated at 9pm. No incentive was offered, no one apologized, and hostess have not been nice to us at all. I would never recommend this place for an event. It is too much stress to go through experience like this.

Went there last night, on a reservation for 4, which I had made a month ago, because we were celebrating a birthday. I had requested a booth, for a more intimate setting. They started to seat us in a middle table. When I asked if there was a booth, it seemed we started from square one, waiting on a table, as if we had walked in with no reservation at all. As we waiting and waiting, we found a table in the bar. A booth, in the corner, spacious and cozy. Our waitress was just OK, she didnt seem happy to be there. The food was good. We all enjoyed our meals. The setting, in the bar, is happy and bright, bustling and modern. Their menu is connected to the seasons, hence the name. I love this. There were lots of entres with root vegetables, squash, very autumn. I had a butternut squash risotto, which was very good. We will definitely go back, hopefully the hostess will be more accommodating.

Were there on Saturday night without a reservation. The hostess accommodated us immediately in a booth in the piano bar area. The atmosphere was super nice and festive (romantic, not too loud, live music, anyone?), the waitress (Sandra) was amazing - best service I had in Boston area for months! The food was good - extremely tasty flat breads and an OK vegetarian sampler. What impressed me the most was the steak salad - steak was cooked to perfection and the salad was served under a glass lid full of barbecue smoke. This gave the whole salad a very nice smokey dressing which bound together the meat, salad leaves, Brussels sprouts and butternut squash, without compromising even for a bit the freshness of the veggies. They have amazing wine selection and we were very happy with our choices of reds. Will visit again for sure.

SOOOOO disappointing, beyond words! It was 2:30 on Monday, January 1st, and there was hardly anyone at the restaurant when I stopped by on my way home from work to get a take out order. It took over half an hour for my order to be ready and, when I got home, all three items went straight to trash. The flatbread was completely burnt as well as the flatbread sandwich, and even the burger was hard as a rock and it was supposed to be cooked medium. I call the restaurant and was promised a gift card but its been almost 3 weeks and my credit card bill just reminded me about the $40 I spent on food that went to trash. I couldnt believe that they would serve BURNT food to their clients so it makes it 100% worse to do it for a take out order.

Food was fine, although a bit pricey. Atmosphere not bad for a chain. However the waitress ruined our outing. It was a special occasion, as we had visiting family and were out with our children. We didnt want to have desserts, thinking wed get ice creams later in the afternoon. After asking for our check and being clear we didnt want desserts, the waitress came over and proceeded to give all of our children spoons, plop the dessert tray in front of them, and asked them, not us, to pick out what theyd like. My husband tried to excuse her behavior saying maybe it was on the house, but of course it did not turn out to be. I wouldnt go back, it was an embarrassment to bring guests to such a place.

Delicious meal, organic, healthy, decadent, and friendly service. I suggest visiting here during Boston Restaurant Week. We had appetizer: Blackened Steak & Blue Cheese flatbread cremini mushrooms, spinach, caramelized onions, main: Grilled Boneless Rainbow Trout crushed potatoes, roasted carrots, grilled lemon, Sesame Grilled Salmon Salad organic greens, pineapple, mango, jicama, lemongrass sauce, toasted sesame dressing, and for desserts: Rasberry Chocolate Chip Cannoli Mini chocolate chips, sweetened ricotta, mascarpone cheeses, raspberry sauce, cinnamon cannoli shell, Mocha Macchiato Mini mocha mousse, vanilla mousse, chocolate cake, caramel sauce, whipped cream.

We enjoyed the sunset specials in the bar before going to the main dining room for dinner. We ordered our drinks, appetizer and main dishes. When our main came out, there was only 1 dish and our server seemed mortified. She quickly fixed the problem and brought out a complimentary soup to tide us over. After dinner, our server insisted on complimentary desserts and also compd our appetizer all in an effort to make sure we were satisfied with our visit. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was great so we didnt mind the mix up and will definitely be back.

Kind of underwhelming. Was hoping for some good food, but everything we ordered was IMO under seasoned and bland. The response to the food could be because I couldnt shake this feeling of being uncomfortable. For dinner I got the rissotto and scallops. The scallops were cooked well but the flavor of the rissotto didnt compliment them at all. It may have been because of the semi cooked red peppers that took something away from the rissotto itself. I had to pick them out. I think expensive for what we got, and probably wont be back.

Shawn our server was polite. Interior and flow of restaurant is good. Food - Appetizer was good had the chicken skewer, entree not good- esp lettuce wrap lobster bacon more like an appetizers than an entree. Soup was good but bit salty. Burger- expecting the brioche be bit crisp or toasty. Margarita- i always order one to every restaurant I go... hmmm. Hardly had tequila in it. Could be better. Nice private function rooms. Some cold draft air where we are seated even we are way far back of the restaurant.

I am regular at your Burlington location. Food as well as service is excellent. However, our experience this past Friday was less than satisfactory. We found hair in on of the dishes we had ordered. This was brought to Managers attention and she acknowledged that it indeed was a piece of hair. We were very understanding and did not make a big deal out of it. However, we were very surprised and upset when we found out that we were given a $5 credit on a $175 bill for this mess-up.
