I usually dont give any bad rating to anyone but this concerns health so i am writing this review. I ordered catering from Paradise Biryani, Lowell for my sisters baby shower for almost 50 people. It included 2 large tray of Veg Biryani and total food worth of $600. Since the funtion is at Noon time and this restaurant was not in position to provide food early in day time, i picked food a night prior to the function at around 9 PM as planned. I was told not to open the trays untill you will be having food. Also once you take all the food keep it in fridge at specific temperature and have next day afternoont. I was told the veg biryani is freshly made an hour back and in good condition. Even after doing everything as told the veg biryani went sour and stale very next day irrespective of keeping it in fridge and not opening before lunch time (around 1 PM) on day of function. It was very embarassing during function when people didnt have anything to eat in vegetarian option as planned. I talked to 2 of my freinds working as chef in restaurants and they told me veg biryani do not get bad for atleast 12 hours until material used is not of good quality or old vegetables or have some fungus in it. I will never order or suggest anyone to book any catering from this restaurant. This restaurant do not use best practices to make biryani and use stale material which is unhealthy. Think twice before you order food from this place because you never know when it was cooked.

Nice food but quantity is too LESS.. Very HOT doesnt matter if you ordered MILD food... MILD is also HOT and spicy.. so, dont ask for MILD, just order your food and enjoy Hyderabady FOOD.. All food coocking style is typically hyderabady style only. Owner is Gujju, low lights and self-service. Dont wait for someone will take your order or someone will serve you.. I always use to go food and eat at home...!!! my negative review is just Less Quantity so, its costly for me if I pay $10 for 1 veg biryani and again $10 for 1Veg paneer veggie + 2 nan (harldy you can eat 2nana with 1Veggi think hows the quntity of food) and I cant satisfy my hunger...!!!

NOT at all happy with QUANTITY of food & Quality of the butter naan(too crispy and burnd), Spent good hard earned $50 to have peacful time with the family but after opening the bag all i got is disappointment. Ppl please avoid these kind of joints, these just sucks ppls hard earned money to fill up their safe. Rice is almost a quarter of expected quantity. Biryani sauce (raita) is in the smallest container i have ever seen and like i above mentioned breads were too crispy to eat. Sorry to say but paradise biryani just lost a valuable and foodie customer. Thanks anyways for taking my order!

Had to wait about five minutes before getting a menu even though the place was nearly empty. They had a Bollywood movie blaring in the background as well. Got some onion pakoras that were little more than Frenchs fried onions heated and dipped in Indian spices, Paneer Tikka Masala that was basically tomato soup with cheese and some garlic naan. That cost $25. Waste of money. The fact that they use plastic plates and cutlery should have been a dead giveaway.

The food is good. Chicken tikka tandoori with chilli was awesome! As some reviews say service/decor is not their core competency. Dont expect it. Example the other day I ordered a pick-up. I asked if an entree comes with rice. Whoever took my order said "yes we can do it". I realized it was an empty promise only after coming home. Guys if you dont serve rice with an entree just say so. It will help us plan better, esp. with a take-out order. Dont mislead.

Average Food. Chicken 65 and Biryani was consistent (Good) as the Paradise in New Jersey. Quantity Sucks compared to the other Paradise(s) Please dont expect Decor and Service. NOT HERE. Dont want to write much as I am tired of reviewing Paradise Biryani Pointe joints. They are growing the franchise way. I just hope the quality and quantity is consistent. like any other paradise, service and decor is not their focus.

This is one of the WORST biryanis i have eaten in my life. I was starving and still couldnt finish even half of it.. Not sure why would they put the word "Biryani" in restaurant name when they are literally the worst on it. I am crazy about biryani and have eaten one at almost every other restaurant in New England.. and this literally gets the award for worst place.

Worrest service order takes too much time, mainly we ordered biryanis it will take 60 mts for that we are asking no response and the main thing is when we orderd after some people came for those people he served immediately shows partiality.i never seen this type service in Usa.

Best Hyderabad Dum Chicken Biryani I have had in the US. We visit regularly and care only for the Biryani. The other items though good - cannot compare to the Biryani! We have lived in Hyderabad in India before and I feel it cant get closer in authenticity in the US.

If you are looking for Hot, spicy, authentic south style ( Hyderabadi ) biryani, this is the only place in Boston area. This place is not about ambience at all, its all about authentic eating. If you cant take anything super-hot, this place is not for you.

I’m not happy with their service. The manager is very unprofessional and rude. He doesn’t care about the business, only thing he cares about is himself (when he can go home). Food isn’t that great, never going there again.

Good food but poor service. The food is tasty, there is no second opinion on that. But service needs to improve for a big time! We had been here multiple times and not happy with the service every single time.

Undoubtedly the best biriyani around the area. The quality is always the same and thats the best part about them. The prices are relatively higher compared to local foods but you have to pay for the taste.
