The food was delicious, service not the greatest or very friendly at all. I placed my order to go and the lady at the pick-up counter couldnt have been more rude. First my meal is put on a plate to eat there. I kindly let her know I had to get back to work for lunch and that it was suppose to be to go. She literally slammed the bag down on the counter with a dirty look and walked away without the common courtesy of telling the customer to have a nice day or giving a simple "Im sorry for the mix up sir, have a great day!" It wasnt a big deal to begin with, but to not look your customer in the eye and say something positive is the sign of someone taking problems from home to work. Probably wont be back there again. The whole staff just seemed more interested in each other and their conversations than paying attention to the customers needs. The only decent worker was the cashier, Jaquelyn. She should get a raise!

I ordered on my phone, and waited almost my entire lunch period for my food to be ready. People who came in after me got their orders before me. The food is good dont get me wrong, but isnt online ordering supposed to be faster? I ended up not having time to eat before I went back to work. Ive also seen other people complain that the service is slow.

I loved the food here and the staff is friendly. Ive only had one problem when I ordered a salad without chicken but it came with chicken. Im not a strict vegetarian, but I would have preferred a new salad instead of them taking it back, removing the chicken and handing it back to me.

A little pricey for fast food, but really great, fresh food. LOVE the cream of chicken wild rice soup and the turkey avocado BLT! Its also one of the only places I can get a soft drink thats both diet and caffeine free (caffeine free diet coke). Thats much appreciated.

Im a vegetarian and they have great options for all! I just wish that there food, which is clean would be a lot healthier. The calories numbers are a bit insane but its really not food youd get everyday. Love it there though!

Always good when we go and theres always a slight wait. The drive-thru line gets quite long anytime after 5pm but the food is always great. Pricey at times for what you get, but quality isnt always cheap.

Love my new office ;-) at Panera. Great location near home, no lines and always great coffee and food. My only complaint is a lack of electrical outlets
