This place is always my last option to order especially on Sundays for my favourite chinese restaurant in Lowell is closed then. Ive ordered food here a few times and the only thing Ive liked there was their boneless pork ribs. They are not great but taste ok and are sweet due to the sauce. Their pork fried rice is sometimes hard and chokes you coz its so dry and when they do make it soft, its mushy and lacks flavour. While their potioning is big, its rather expensive and definitely not worth it. The biggest thing that pissed me off is that on my last take out order, I requested my bean curd to be cooked in Kong pao sauce instead of oyster or garlic sauce, and the two servers spoke in front of me in chinese, then one of them just said ok. When I got home, I found that my bean curd was cooked in garlic sauce. If they were not going to do it, Id have preferred for them to tell me in person rather than try to fool me. Heres some advice Mandarin Lowell, dont speak in front of your customers in mandarin chinese, Taiwanese or any other dialect especially after theyve made a request from you. Most ppl can tell when theyre being talked about despite the language barrier. I honestly dont recommend this place for while they may be fast in getting your order, bad customer service and passable food just doesnt cut it. They left me with a bad impression, never going back again no matter how hungry and desperate I may be for Chinese food.

When ordering out, some slack is given to the convenience. But when ordering Pizza or trying a new pizza restaurant, I always have to ask, does it pass the Digiorno test? Am I better off stocking up my freezer, or is this pizza place worth my time. Similarly, I have to ask, does this place pass the P.F. Chang test? Can I get better quality food here, or by stocking up my freezer? While this place passed the convenience test, and had my food prepared in time, it does not pass the frozen food test. 5 stars for convenience. 3 for quality and taste. While the food was properly cooked, its season much the same as any run of the mill take out place and the food gave me the impression that not all of it was fresh. While heavily preserved and salt laden, it lacked the taste of freshly prepared food. If this place was 40-50% cheaper, I could cut them some slack here, as fast food isnt fresh, but it is cheap and well preserved. If youre craving American style Chinese food, this may hit the spot, but dont set your expectations too high.

Great food an staff!! Very quiet and relaxing!! They had a venison back strap with a cranberry sauce!! Absolutely amazing!! There Mac and cheese and burgers are out of this world!! Love this place an I only been once!! Ill be back real soon!!
