Service and cleanliness of the place is a +, I am Mexican and i have pride in my culture just like any other person would have pride for theirs, I came for LA to visit family and decided to see how authentic their food would be, I ordered Carnitas and my wife ordered Chicken Fajitas, presentation wise was good, food needed a little more spice, music on background was NOT "MEXICAN" it was Spanish yes but not Mexican which made me feel like i was in a different kind of place, When you go to a Mexican place and they dont have Orchata, thats a major problem. As of the restaurant if you want to spend time with family and simply get something to eat even if its not completely Authentic, i recommend this place. Staff is always attentive.

I ordered 3 hard shell tacos.. one of them came soft "because it was steak" and "thats just how they always do it" even though it was supposed to be shredded beef since thats whats advertised on the menu but their "shredded beef" is actually flank steak when it comes to their tacos i guess. My sister got a shredded beef and cheese quesadilla and it came with ground beef in it.. ok she didnt care.. just not what I asked for. The salsa is different every time i go in.. weird. This place is just slightly questionable lol.

NOT HAPPY.!!When on a Sunday evening with the family. Was not happy with the welcoming. Poor lack of manners.. the restaurant was practically empty. We asked for fresh guacamole and the server said we have some we made this morning. I would love to have fresh guacamole done right in front of us.. we decided to dine elsewhere that night. Presentation is a most and does ten minute we where there I was not comfortable.

Great authentic Mexican food. They make your order quickly even if its busy. I love the Cancun burrito and the chips and salsa. If I had to change one thing it would be the prices. I wish things were a little less expensive so that I could go there more often. But the staff is super friendly and I believe it is a family owned restaurant. They are all very welcoming and remember you.

It was okay, I got the grilled chicken quesadilla and it came out within 5 minutes which was a little suspicious to me, and my fork was very dirty when I looked at it before eating but luckily I dont need a fork to eat a quesadilla. Our waitress was very nice and super friendly though and I might go again just because the food was decent and the fried ice cream was pretty good.

We were the first ones here on a Sunday morning. Food was good although slow and didnt all come out at once, we had to remind the server about a few items. But it was all very good and in good portions. Music is more modern than your average Mexican restaurant, which may be nice but maybe not what youre used to. A little lively for breakfast but it was okay :)

The staff is extremely nice but thats really no reason to go to a restaurant. The food is not worth the price. It really has no taste.... Its just not good. I wouldnt even want to eat it if it was free. I almost feel bad because the staff is seriously so kind. Not one rude bone in any of them.

Food presentation, terrible. I have seen refried beans before and it did not look like diarrhea. Did not enjoy the meal. Staff very friendly and helpful, however i believe one should leave the vacuuming of the carpets till the customers are gone. Nice music and authentic look and feel.

Two stars for friendly staff. The food was easily the worst "Mexican" food Ive ever had. Ordered a chicken enchilada and got a tiny flat cheese enchilada instead. Beef in my taco wasnt even seasoned. Beans were bland. Yuck. Stuff was barely edible. I paid $14 for nothing.

Food and service was really good. I had the Fajita Chimichanga and my wife had the Chicken Fajita Salad. Meat was flavorful and the beans and rice was good too. My wife had a top shelf margarita with Cabo Wabo. She was very pleased. Will definitely be going back.

The food is rather bland for Mexican food. There is very little spice and there are several indistinguishable sides. The service is attentive, but is too patronizing. They really push the stereotypes with default phrases and taglines you hear every time.

Food is pretty good, has a separate bar area out back which has tables to eat at if youd like. Front area mainly for dining yet there is another small counter bar area. There is entertainment in the rear bar area. Plenty of parking. Give it a shot.

Had a great experience! The house guacamole was tops! The woman who stirs it up is humble and extraordinary at what she does; traditional and quite a treat. The service was down-to-earth and very comforting. I could eat there time and time again.

The service was very good. The staff was very kind, and wasnt bothered with any questions. The waiting time was very short considering the semi big order. The food was very tasty. It was not burnt, or under-cooked. I was very happy with my vist.

Food was great hot and tasty. Big portions for prices. They have a cantina in back for the partiers. And when your tired you can get hotel next door as they are a great location and place to stay.

Terrible! The food is not fresh and it appears they make it in advance and microwave it. It comes out instantly after you order. I got the dessert and it was stale and nasty and gross.

Very good service and the food was very good I got a chicken burrito with beans and rice and my mom got a taco salad. I would recommend this resturant to family and friends.

Food was fair at best. Being from Arizona, Im disappointed. Cancun was good when they opened several years ago in Plymouth. After tonight, I would rather go to Sam Diegos.

Decent portions for the price. First drink(and maybe the salsa) was watered down but the 2nd made up for it. Tableside guac service is strongly recommended.

Cancun is always outstanding. The service is excellent food even better. We tried the handmade guacamole in the mortar dish. I highly recommend that.
