My sisters and I always go to Mayos for breakfast when we get together ( a few times a month). We have noticed a steady decline in service and food quality but what happened on 10/19/15 was the end of my going to Mayos. We all ordered Blackstone eggs Benedict. One order came out correctly except for the potatoes, the next came out with under cooked eggs and mine came out with over cooked eggs. All the orders came out with under cooked and crunchy potatoes. I returned my plate to be redone and when it was reserved it came on the same (now cold) plate, no potatoes and with under cooked and runny eggs. I returned that plate and asked that my order be canceled as at this point my sisters were done eating. There was no breakfast for me but I was presented a bill for my OJ. I am surprised and saddened by the now evident decline and the poor service and poor quality of the food. We will not be returning. Mayos you just lost three regular well tipping customers.
