I recently went to this spot on the beach for lunch before a show that I was working at in the casino ballroom. First off, it took about 20 minutes for the server to come ask me what I wanted to drink. My drink took another 15 minutes to arrive. (1 Beer) A couple that was sat after me had food and drink order on their table before my beer even arrived. 10 minutes later my server returned and took my food order. My food arrived in just under 10 minutes. The gentleman that brought my food asked if there was anything else I needed. I did order another beer. This time it only took 5 minutes to arrive. The food was really good. I had a chicken sandwich with fries. Fries were hot and crisp and chicken was really juicy. I sat and enjoyed my food for another 30 minutes before the server came back to ask how everything was. I enjoyed the rest of my 2nd beer and paid for my ticket and left. So my complaint is really about the slow service that I was given. A 1 hour lunch turned into almost 2 because of this.

I stumbled upon this restaurant upstairs from the playland arcade. I was so thirsty I just broke down on the inside and said lets just eat. So, was I starving? No. Was I going to pass up lobster? Of course not. We waited a bit longer than expected for our food. My husband got a chicken chipotle wrap, my daughter had chicken fingers and fries, and I had a lobster roll with chips. Food was great mostly. Tenders were super juicy and the fries were full of flavor. My husband ate his so fast I didnt get a single bite. My lobster roll was actually, small? It was okay. Not the best. Honestly felt like I overpaid for this roll. The chips were terrible. However, the service was incredible. Amazing! The lady was so kind and attentive. She was able to work with my daughter and all her questions lol. She swapped out my chips for Cole slaw which was awesome. Service is key and they had amazing service. Will I go back? Probably! I am interested to see what other dishes they have to serve up.

The only good thing about this place is the 1 cocktail my husband ordered. $18.95 for a lobster roll that was supposed to be served on a WARM buttery crossaint roll. The roll was hard and cold. The lobster was shredded to bits, no chunky awesome pieces that lobster lovers look for. I had to send it back twice(which I NEVER do) The first time I told the server the roll was supposed to be warm so he brought it back and it was just a new roll. I had to then say again the roll is not warm and its supposed to be. He took it back and brought it out again. Which already made it a frustrating visit. The home-made chips were stale and hard. My husbands burger was gray and had no taste. AND then the waitstaff...... Not just mediocre, but bad. No quality customer service at all. At a 4.0 review rating, the plastic dinnerware, and the price of the food, I expected better. Way better. HUGE disappointment.

I visited this restaurant last weekend with my 3 boys. We were all tired and hungry from a day on the beach and (UGH) the arcades! We were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service. I had the Salmon with rice and ceasar salad to start. All great. My kids loved the pizza and chicken fingers. My husband really raved about the lobster roll. The best part was the atmosphere. We were greeted by a woman (I think the owner??) who was so nice to my kids that we immediately felt comfortable. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable, family friendly evening! I recommend and we will be back!

Was here July 2nd 2016 Dont eat the STEAMERS I got food poisoning (plus they had the pisser attached in some still) big turn off very mushy texture glad I only ate 4 cant imagine eating anymore than that !! I will definitely never go back again traumatized for sure. The waitress was very sweet about it and took off check but when I got back to my hotel I paid the price for them in another way. Ugh If you go just be careful what you eat and if you have to send it back dont take a chance of getting deathly sick like I did. Coming back for a week tomorrow will definitely not be dining here.

so we came here in a group of 25 people and were seated on the patio. the drive was 57+ miles, but it took nearly 1 hour 30 minutes and parking aint free neither. the beach is damn nice, but surfing sucks. i had the 1 1/4 lobster w/ corn and potato. it took them a bit of time [like 30 minutes] to get our food out, but the lobster so damn good!!!. it wasnt over cooked. the ice water taste a bit funny. i do not recommend it. decor is beach related, something from the old american 20s and 30s. all and all, i would come here again.

Service was standard nothing to say and the view is nice but that is mostly about it. The review are far to high, food was very average. I call a IPA draught and I receive something else, no hops and super malty. Probably a brown beer. I take the lobster special at 17.95$ and was charge 19.99$ on the bill. My wife takes the surf and turfs and it was really ordinary. We were both disapointed for that kind of price.....

This place is a surprise - it draws people in with its location and great view (you can watch the concerts at the Seashell while you eat), but once you get up there, it seems a bit low-rent but, SURPRISE - the food is quite good! The atmosphere is a bit lack luster, but the service is solid and the food is delicious! I would recommend it for a casual dining experience.

I have a service dog and served in the United States Army. They refused to serve me because of my service dog. I told them he was a service dog in according to federal law it is required they take me on my word and it is illegal to ask for documentation. They broke multiple laws and lost a customer and I will never go back there again because of how rude they were.

Location is great for watching live performances on the Seashell Stage on Hampton Beach. The menu lacks some basics favorites. Too many seafood dishes and very little else. Kids menu includes chicken fingers, hot dogs and other non-seafood choices. I dont like seafood at all.

Lets start by saying that NH lobster is amazing. With that said, there are lots of better places to get one than here... But the view of the claim shell makes this a great place to watch the show. Good lobster, but overpriced and overcooked. To bad.

The name is fan-flippingtastic! The view is amazing and dont get me started on the food! It was a delight to my tastebuds! It took me to flavor town! If I could give it a 10, I would! 10 out of 10, would urchin again

3.6 of 5 I had the lobster roll yesterday and it was pretty decent, maybe a little more sauce but otherwise good. The service was good but the drinks expensive. Total tab for 4 people was 80 dollars.
