When this store first opened I was thrilled. However, over the years they have had management problems which make for problems down the line. Start with cleanliness; they fail here miserably. The place has dirty corners and the bathrooms are no joy. I had not been in here for about a year or so and decided to grab a quick late lunch today. I went in to get a Veggie burrito. First off, the person on the line said that they are "out of mixed vegetables" and I asked what was going on and she said "it takes a lot of time to cut them up and weve been busy". Oooookay. Restaurant that is too busy to properly manage food prep. Strike one. I noticed the price was strong for a veggie burrito at $7 for a veggie burrito with on veggies available. As I looked at the sign I saw guacamole and then freaked when I saw that they charge $2.08 for a spoon of guac. Are you kidding me? The person on the line couldnt have been any more apologetic about the lack of veggies so she said "let me see if the manager will waive the guac cost in light of the lack of veggies" and after a brief conversation with the person, I saw the managers head shake no with a dismissive hand wave. OOOOkay. So I get my rice and bean burrito for the bargain price of $7.28 and walk back to my office. This burrito is so salty its almost unpalatable; I mean its like Im eating salt. The bottom line here is I will never go because of the loss of quality of food, the salt that could melt a highway, and the lack of preparedness and no spirit of cooperation from the manager to make it right. Lastly, just two miles up the road is a Whole Foods where they will give me a spinach, tomato, or flour tortilla burrito (Chipotle only offers flour) and they will PACK the burrito with a broad range of veggies, guacamole, spinach, corn, jalapenos, and all the pepper choices one would ever want and its all just $7.00 and with a burrito card, the 10th one is free which makes their veggie burritor cost $6.30 with guac as compared to Chipotles where that same burrito with far less ingredients, so much salt you can barely eat it, and most insulting of all I would pay almost $10 for it. Bottom line - go to Whole Foods. One final comment which I hope someone from chipotles reads here: I was so happy when they first arrived that joined their education program to learn about their food sources and commitment to quality. I spent a few months in their online training and testing and to have this experience today, on the heels of that history is pretty sad. Im all done with this place unless I need put out something for the deer (salt lick) or I want to over-pay for lousy food. Grrr - not happy.

I have eaten Chipotle in over 10 different states and this is the worst Chipotle location! The rice was barely cooked. The grilled veggies didnt seem to have touched the grill. The portions way way to small and the staff always scrambling for something. When I called to informregarding the poor quality of food and service the manager had the audacity to claim the food is great. Sharing some pictures of worst quality of food I have seen at a Chipotle. Please avoid this location at all costs. This has to be shut down.

Ordered from here tonight. They called and said they were out of guacamole after a bad batch of avocados. I should have cancelled then, but I didnt. I got my burrito bowl with out guac, only a few stir fry veggies, more lettuce than rice and stale chips. That was the last straw. How do you give out stale chips if you make them fresh? They were chewy stale too, not just a little. I will never eat here again. Sadly, our local Chipotle makes Taco Bell look not so bad.

Im not sure if my dude Nate is new to the crew? It was my first time being waited on by him. He surprised me because he asked me how I wanted my burrito at the start of the line and cared enough to remember my entire order including all toppings before the tortilla was off the press. Not only that but his roll game is propper. I hope they utilize his skills to teach new employees to be as great as him!

Ive been coming here for years and it was great in the beginning but now the service and quality is very poor. The last few times I have come my food has always been undercooked and my burritos have all fallen apart. It seems like the staff just doesnt care anymore and therefore this establishment has gone down hill. Not worth your money here, visit another one.

I have come here more than once and they crew always seems scrambled and running around. They are always running out of some kind of item. They dont seem prepared. The portions are way below small. Both people and myself asked for more after they spooned the meat in our bowls. I dont think Ill be coming back. Other locations service is way better.

Worst Chipotle I have been to. Filthy, out of several ingredients and loud horrible music. Just not a pleasant experience. They werent even busy, so hard to explain why they are out if food and have no time to clean the tables. Only reason isnt one star is that it is still chipotle.

The place was filthy! There was one guy taking your order and serving you. Othere people were workingredients but should of helped in the line of food. They had no grilled veggies and every time we go there they r put of something. We keep going good back but this was the last time!

Love Chipotle but this location needs some serious overhaul. The line is always long, and they short you on the portions when preparing your meal. I consistently have to ask for just a little but more for each item. Only location Ive ever been to that has this problem.

This place is justr sad and I cant give them anymore chances. They are out of the basics every time I go. And SLOW!!! They dont tell you they are out, they make you wait in line for 15 min until you get to the server. YOU NEED A MANAGER!!! GET S MANAGER! !!

Best chipotle around. Staff has a few gems; keep an eye out for Nate -- recently got a burrito made by him and it reminded me of why I fell in love with Chipotle all these years ago. Awesome. Food was freshly prepared and well seasoned too

Less than an ideal experience. This restaurant is never kept well. Tables are always filthy and the staff is slow and disorganized which quickly leads to long lines and extended wait times. You dont quite get what you pay for here.

I love Chipotle. If you like authentic Mexican Food then this is the place for you. The food is delicious, fresh and easy to access. The price of a meal is directly equal to the quality of the meal. This is a winner in my book!

This is one of the dirtiest chipotles Ive ever been to as the staff doesnt seem to care about a clean restaurant at 9 pm. However, the food was good and people were coming even though chipotle is in a bad stage right now.
