I am an avid Chipotle customer. I am from the Worcester area, however, I was in Providence and I stumbled upon Chipotle on Thayer St. I got "my usual" and noticed how small the portions were. Usually, I am overwhelmed by the amount of food I get served at a Chipotle. Here, I was very much underwhelmed. My burrito bowl was barely full, and at the end I asked for Guac. They warned me it costed extra and I said that was fine. However, when the employee barely scooped enough Guac on for me to get one bite full, I asked for more. She said this would cost EXTRA EXTRA. I was not happy that all the proportions were so small, so I mentioned that usually I get more guacamole than this when I order. The register worker then informed me that "All scoops are the same" in a very rude tone. All in all, I found the staff to be rude, the proportions small and the venue even smaller. Not impressed with this Chipotle and I would suggest trying other Mexican places on Thayer.

Every time I go here, they over-fill the burrito to the point of... burrito integrity failure. I check back once every six months or so, but its always the same no matter who is working there. If you want a burrito, do yourself a favor and head down the street to Bajas Tex Mex.

Cramped compared to other Chipotles, but thats not really their fault. Service is good. Place is clean. My only gripe is the location closes at 10pm, which is much too early compared to the rest of the eateries in this college dense area.

First time came to this Chipotle location, they ran out a lot of items.... and what I got was almost nothing. Usually I order a bowl that can be my one and half meal.... this time, not even enough for one meal for me. Really disappointed.

A nice place to eat Maxican food. It is served by Mexican people, they know what to offer. Staff is friendly and they serve amazing beverages. Reasonably priced for students, around 10$ for a meal.
