Took my wife, sister and her significant other here on Sunday night, March 22. Three out of the four of us ordered some form of steak (tacos/burritos) and lets say that three out of the four of us spent the next 12 hours on the toilet. The taste was OK for fast food, as in there was nothing obviously wrong with the steak, but obviously I was wrong. I wrote customer service to voice my concern, but didnt want to leave my number. When she insisted, stating is was policy, I refused. Didnt really want to talk about it. She never followed up. So long story longer, the whole experience left a (pun intended) bad taste in my mouth and three sick people. So no more Chipotle for this crew! Good luck and chew at your own risk!

We are a family of five and have enjoyed being able to have the convenience of healthy, quick, and great prices in take out. However there has been a change and every time we go (once a week), there have been several mistakes. Such as, shells cracked in half, missing food, ordering chicken and getting a mixture of steak and chicken. Staff not knowing what goes in a kids taco kit. With having competition down the street, they need to get things in order, Because I know my family is one more mistake away from going down the street.

I dont know what it is but this is the second chipotle out of the three that I frequent that have started making these tiny little baby burritos. Theres one left that makes an actual well sized burrito. Give me my moneys worth again instead of these tiny baby burritos. I couldve eaten three of those things. I should only be able to eat ONE burrito. Not still be hungry after eating one !

I would have rather ate at Taco Bell! The meats had no flavor, very limited choices, rice and beans were no where near close to the taste of real Mexican flavors. You might like this place if you never had real Mexican food. There are so many more places in the Providence area that are cheaper and better.

Portion size is good, it definitely fills you up, the service is great and the food is very good and its even better because McDonalds is no longer part of it for 5+ years

Depending on whos serving food you might get a real meal or a kids meal portion. Otherwise their stuff is clean and well cooked. Just good enough to kill that craving

I got a veggie burrito. It just didnt taste very good. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of parking. I dont think I will return.
