Walked into chipotle with a line of two customers in front of me. The first party was purchasing 10 burrito bowls with chips every type of salsa guacamole and sour cream sides. All the bowls were filled to the brim meanwhile 15 later when I was finally able to order I was skimped on all my ingredients. The second party in front of me was given free chips and a drink for the wait and when I asked for chips I was charged even though I witnessed them give them for free to someone else. Half of the staff could have been working with the first partys order while the others worked around them to complete everyone else order in the meantime. I left as fast as I could seeing that line was now reached 20 people. I still love chipotle, just disgusting experience.

This must be the worst ever chipotle i visited. Im a regular at chipotle and on many days, this is my staple food. But the Putnam Pike branch is the worst. Unfortunatley , this one is the closest to where i live. They are very rude and their portions pretty small. They gawk at you as though you are criminal if you ask a little more. And they are quick to charge you extra! Really Chipotle? This is the only chipotle outlet that i ever walked out without a satisfying potion. Anyways, this seems to be the case with only this store. Im never going there again.

ordered a steak burrito for lunch today. I had one bite that was not steak but a mouthful of fat and gristle. It was gross… couldnt even chew it. Took it back to the counter and the manager (?) said that he would "talk to the line cook". Why? Did the line cook have a piece of fat and gristle in his burrito too? He can talk to whomever he wants, Im not going back.

Totally disagree with the negative reviews. They can get a bit crowded and busy like any Chipotle, but the staff have been nothing but courteous to me and I have never had an issue with portion size... and I am a pretty big guy. My wife and I have catered for events out of this restaurant twice and often use the order ahead app. Never a problem

This USED to be my favorite chipotle since it was closest to my home, but now I dont know if its because of a new worker or something but the burritos are significantly smaller then any other chipotle Ive ever been to. I dont think Ill be coming back to the one in Smith field if theyre going to keep making their miniature burritos.

We ordered online twice - the first time they gave us a burrito instead of the bowl we ordered. The second time we got a chicken bowl instead of a steak bowl...and of course we were charged for the steak bowl. I will NEVER again order online, and if I go, will watch them to make sure they get it right.

Best Chipotle around. Food is always great, never that weird soapy taste that can plague restaurants of the same style. Extremely friendly staff has made this place my go-to for lunch. Cant speak for the non-vegan stuff, but as far as the veggies go 10/10 for convenience, price, and food quality.

Food is okay. Last time I got food from there I had a piece of rock hard chicken in my plate. It was disgusting. Also the chicken had a lot of fat/cartilage on it. Completely turned me off and I havent been back. The only good thing to say about the place is that the prices were good.
