I have eaten at this restaurant once per week since they opened. After my last experience there I will never visit this location or chain again, and will make known to others my feelings about this restaurant as well as the reasons for them. When his scam to overcharge me 8 dollars was detected by means of perusal of the receipt before payment, the manager became angry and subsequently refused to put the order in to the kitchen. He claimed, falsely, that it was store AND chain policy to disallow the splitting of wing orders – in essence, he claimed that if one were to order 50 wings for 35 dollars, one would be forced to sauce every single wing identically. No flexibility can be afforded to customers as it had been every other week I visited (‘don’t worry’, though, he kept repeating, ‘[he’s] not calling [me] a liar’) – no, everyone else was wrong to have served me wings, he was right. The Lord of the Wings continued and let me know that only bone-in wings could be sauced in units of 6, while deboned wings could only be meted out in units of 8. When I gently asked how one is to split boneless orders of 12 or 50, as they appear on the menu and indivisible by 8, he rolled his eyes at me and scoffed. I had already been in the store waiting for my order for 15 minutes when this confrontation began, at which point I learned he’d never put my order in. It became clear during my attempt to fill my order that it would never be put in. The manager went to my companions and told them that I was upset for no reason, attempting to get them to pay for what we hadn’t ordered as well as to make me look foolish. When I told them they’d been sitting there for a half hour all for the edification of this man’s ego, no closer to receiving our food, they knew the truth. The management at Buffalo Wild Wings cares way more about their own power trips and overcoming their feelings of inferiority (obviously brought on by extremely disgusting appearance, replete with a corpulent baldness and beady eyes that would dart about with an animalistic dullness of wit) than they do about customer service. This place can spin on my erect member.

The facility is nice, especially if you like to watch TV while you eat. I guess Im a bit old fashioned, as I like to converse with my friends or family over a meal. So we ate outside (there are TVs there too, but they arent as in-your-face as the giant ones inside). Our food took forever to arrive, but the waitress was very apologetic about it and said that its not usually like that. OK, I can cope. But the real disappointment was the food. My wife and I both got the boneless wings - they arrived looking like Chicken McNuggets that had been smeared with hot sauce. I find it hard to believe they were made onsite. They probably came in a box. The buffalo style hot sauce was average at best. The Thai curry sauce was so salty as to be completely inedible. I had to pick off the Thai-sauce coating and get down to bare meat in order to finish my meal. It was really disgusting. The french fries were OK if youre into french fries. Why is it so difficult to find a decent and relatively healthy meal in Leominster? For cryin out loud already.....

Absolutely terrible!! We went as a party of 8. 7 of us got our food and one person had to wait another 15 minutes for a southwest sampler. My father ordered his second Heineken and had to wait for 20 minutes for a draft beer. 20 minutes! Crispy chicken strips were so hard I thought I broke a tooth. Forget trying to order a coffee.... waited for 15 minutes for it and when we asked for sugar that wasnt sweet n low or Splenda they brought some out in a paper cup for us. The garlic bread that came with the COLD buffalo chicken Mac and cheese was covered in black pepper. Too many waiters and waitresses standing around to have service that slow. In summary, slow waitstaff and food was one small step above Alpo. Id suggest spending money somewhere else where the staff appreciate your business enough to perform their duties with care and respect for customers.

So many damn tvs. They are everywere even in the bathrooms. Its awesome. The reason they have all those tvs is to keep you distracted because it takes them forever to serve you the food. The chicken is hands down the best in Massachusetts. The frenchfries are tasteless really. Still best atmosphere in the world for a wings place. O and it is extremely expensive

I went with friends say at the bar. And because Im a smoker went out to smoke came in with my drink and food at my seat. Someone took my set and the bar staff asked me to leave when I asked for my seat back. So food was good drinks where good but service sucked. Do to the fact that I wasnt a man flirting with the bar staff. They need to get over themselves.

Its a lot of fun here! Lots of tvs showing almost every sporting event going on. Servers are all really nice as well. But it is a restaurant so you go there for the food, mainly the wings. In my experience, the food is very inconsistent. I would still recommend it to anyone looking for a fun setting to watch a game and have dinner with friends.

As a regular bar and restaurant this place is not that great but if you go there just to watch games this place is awesome. There are so many tvs in all directions with big projectors down to regular flat screens. Overall, if you wanna watch a game this is the perfect place to go but if you wanna find something to eat go somewhere else.

Worst experience at a restaurant Ive ever had. Krystal the bar tender is rotten, rude and inattentive bar maid. I think she chose the wrong profession. Im currently sitting here and there is only 5 people at the bar and I currently have been waiting for 22 minutes for her to awknoledge me. By the way Im sitting in the middle.

Best place to watch the bruins patriots Red Sox, great food great staff. Come here and stare into the huge flatscreen TVs, just before the bar theres a 100" TV, if you dont want to sit indoors you have a outside patio with TVs and speakers. Great drinks, Area has a couple of more places to eat, UNOS, Applebees

Foods really good but the services is a wait when only a few people there, havent gone when their busy. The servers are okay they sit and socialized with the customers.... For about 20 to 30 minutes before serving people that have been waiting. They definitely rush to get orders in the kitchen.

Rude server who asked if my friend had been drinking because he spoke softly. Left after waiting 15 minutes for her to come back with no apology or even an acknowledgement of her previous rudeness. After we said we were leaving she was glib and let us go with a dismissive wave of her hand.

Service was extremely slow. Took 15 minutes and multiple staff just to get a beer. Didnt seem too busy compared to some nights Ive been there but they used that as their reason for the poor service. Every time I go here the service has some issue. The wings arent top notch either.
