"Chicken is chicken and buffalo is buffalo. I am not going to send you another order." That is what I was told by the person who I believe to be the owner. I had ordered a pizza and an order of boneless wings. I did not check my order when it was delivered. I received bone-in wings. I called and explained the error. I was told by the man on the other end of the call that it didnt matter what I received or what I ordered but he was not going to correct his mistake. Customer service is at least as important as quality. This business seems to have an "I got your money so screw you" concept of customer service.

The pizza was great, but maybe over-priced. I got a small, two-topping for $7.43 (August 19, 2011), and the box felt noticeably light when I got it. Opening the box revealed a pizza with considerable room to spare in the box and really thin crust. Still, I cant complain about the taste; it was a delicious pizza. Summary: if you know what to expect, its probably worth the price, cuz it was yummy. But if youre accustomed to finishing a small from other pizza places on your own, go for a medium (if available) or a large, because youll still be hungry after a small from here. I know I am.

The first night was very good. One of the better pizza I have had. The second night the order took over two hours to arrive. The driver was way over worked. The owner really needs to hire more help. Also, they need to be able to compensate for their lack of puntual delivery. We did not receive anything for all the trouble except semi warm food and a bad attitude. I would not order from them again. The owner needs to spend some of that busy time money on more drivers. IF YOU REALLY WANT TO TRY THIS PLACE, DO NOT USE THE DELIVERY!!! JUST PICK IT UP!!!

I ordered a salad from them today and not only they took forever to deliver my food when i opened the salad the dressing was missing, so I called to let them know and the guy started yelling at using the excuse of them being very busy. I asked them to send me a new dressing in and he just hang up and every i would call he kept yelling. These people have no customer service skills. I am never ordering from them again they are the worst pizza place in northborough!

Terrible food. FYI a chicken gyro is NOT just chunks of chicken thrown in a pita. Food was delivered cold. Service was terrible. The driver looked like he had been through a war and the delivery bag was filthy. Way overpriced for the quality paid 15 bucks for what they call gyro dinner and a 2L soda. The driver also demanded a tip and when I closed the door he kept on knocking. I reopened and told him to leave or i would call the hotel lobby.

Great place to eat, fast delivery and great food. I had the bufflo chicken clazon and it was boom soo good. The people there are very friendly and nice they remember the customers and their orders. The pizza there is also very good i had a huge party and need pizza for it and they made great pizza for a really good price. Overall great place, great people, and great food.

I started working in the area 19 months ago and am very happy to have found this place. Buffalo Calzone, ham cheese subs, pizzas. Ive had them all and tell co workers and friends that this place is a hidden gem. Always see the owner working hard and has always greeted me with a "How are you friend?"
