My boyfriend and I had ordered from them tons of times it is usually good. This time we got delivery on a Sunday evening they said 40-50 mins well after an hour and a half we called they said they were on their way but went to the wrong Florence st? to my knowledge there is only one Florence in Leominster anyway almost 2 hours after we ordered we got our barely warm food my bf got one of the burritos and I got a sm cheese pizza he was fine but within an hour I was throwing up totally sick we threw out all left overs...I was fine all day only felt sick right before puking everything back up then felt instant relief once it was out of my system. I called the next morning to let them know and all I got was rude manager and excuses I didnt even want money back or credit just wanted to inform them of the incident and she was like "well Im sorry but we are up to code on everything" HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! and seriously who messes up a cheese pizza!

I absolutely loathe this place. The only reason I have been back a few times is because my boyfriend likes their food. After this past weekend, we will *NEVER* go back there. Every single time weve been in the people working there are incredibly rude. They have bad attitudes about everything and practically roll their eyes at you. We waited literally an hour for our food (2 simple subs). We watched people come in after us leave with their food before we got ours. They would not give us an explanation for why it was taking so long and never apologized for the wait. The only reason we stuck around for the food was because we already paid for it. Personally I think the food is mediocre at best and there are plenty of other pizza/sub places in Leominster that are either on par or better. I will never step food in this disaster of an establishment ever again.

The food is always good and the portions are large. However, the service is poor. I ordered a pizza and got there in 20 minutes, like I was told. The order was in the computer but nobody made the pizza. There was only 1 other customer, so they were not very busy. I could see one of the girls behind the counter on Facebook. Dont worry it only takes 7 minutes to make. There was no hurry to make my pizza and put it in. Its now 10 minutes and Im still waiting.

Terrible customer service. The employees are extremely rude. To top it off I called ahead was told 30 minutes. Waited 35 minutes before picking up, arrived there still had no food. I proceeded to wait for another 30 minutes, my food was then placed on a pickup rack that sat there for another 20. I had to ask if that was my food, best part of the story the burrito I asked had everything I wanted removed. Awful awful awful awful.

Good food at a relatively cheap price. The first time I visited this place, I picked up one of the many steak subs. It was so large I could only finish half and used the second half as another meal. The fries are always hot and crispy and the staff is knowledgable and friendly. The food comes out quickly as well.

The biggest subs Ive been able to get in Leominster. I always go for quality over quantity, but with Landos, its quality and quality. And the main thing that people will talk about for Landos are the subs, but the chicken fingers are a really underrated gem. I will recommend them to anyone.

Since I was a kid Ive always loved their subs. Ive been a fan of theirs since the days they were in Maynard.. when I found out they opened shop in leominster I was ecstatic. Their subs are a bit on the pricey side, Ill admit, but for the amount of filler you get and the taste...its worth it.

I use to like their food when I was younger but went there tonight and watch them sit my burrito down on the board for 15min and then the processed to make my other simple plan turkey subs and by the time I received my order my food was cold. Please fix your heat in your dinning area also!

The people that answer the phone are generally rude. like youre order is an inconvenience to them,sometimes I believe they take the phone off the hook as to not have too answer it. The steak and cheese is grounded up like taco meat its disgusting

Big menu & Great subs quality and quantity. P&S Pizza is much better food....Landos just has bigger subs and a better online menu. Smart manager- mostly young pretty female employees next to a Billiards..thats something the competitors dont have.

Love coming here but was dissappointed tonight. I literally watched the young girl flat out refuse to make a customers order, bc she did not feel like cooking more chicken. Poor service. Hopefully she gets an attitude adjustment.

Its the TC Landos/Carls Subs chain. Big food, very good. I always get the Torys Original burrito. Steak, with guac. Its the size of your head and +worth it+.
