Havent been here for a couple of years as our last experience wasnt great Stopped last night and was happy to see they added chicken piccata to the menu-always thought it was odd that had never been offered or that they could not prepare When it came it had tomatoes on top--no sign of lemon or lemon sauce The waiter asked how our meals were-my husband ordered something else and his was equally bad I thought there was some mistake and he said he would ask the chef He came back and said that was their version of chicken piccata??!! No hint of lemon at all? However he said the chef would try to remake it--ok great It came back as grilled chicken minus tomatoes with wheat pasta Salad is still good I cant figure out why this one in Concord is so bad when the one in Manchester is ok Not inexpensive for families either I would pass

Me and my girlfriend ate here twice during her week visit up from California. Once was for lunch shortly after opening; the other was for dinner during what i assume was their dinner rush. Both times our server was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food came out quickly and was very hot. Our soup was out in less then 5 minutes. Our appetizers were out in about 10-15. And our main course was out in 25-30 minutes, just long enough for us to finish our appetizers and soup. The restaurant is a bit pricey. Both times our tab came out to 50 something dollars for 2 entrees and a appetizer sampler. However if you like coffee, try the Frozen cappuccino, it is incredible.

I got the 5 cheese marinara with shrimp and penne pasta, and my husband got the eggplant parm. with spaghetti. The pasta in both dishes was undercooked. My dish didnt have much flavor, and my husband said the eggplant was soggy, and the "sauce" on his spaghetti was nothing more than some diced tomatoes with the juice from a can. We complained to the manager and he was very apologetic and offered to bring us something else (we barely touched our food). We declined the offer for fear of getting something that was just as bad or even worse. This was the first time we left a restaurant hungry! The plus side was the service, dessert, and drinks (margaritas and daiquiris) were good.

I love the Concord NH Olive Garden, we go twice a week we enjoy having Barbara as our waitress, she is one of the best. I know its been busy for holidays however I have asked for Barbara a couple of times and this man has told me that she is not in, later to find out she was just around the corner. I understand you have many good staff, I am more than willing to wait for her to wait on us. This is one of the best Olive Gardens (Concord NH) could you please let us pick who would like to have to serve us. I appreciate your time. This would definitely have been a five star however being told that a person wasnt there and was made this a four star.

Salad and bread sticks were just OK. Our salad come out with no dressing, croutons or cheese. Claimed a communication problem in the kitchen, fine. My Long Island Lemonchello was the most unflattering color of dirty water, it was drinkable but visually unflattering. The frozen drinks are super sweet and Im not sure there is alcohol in there. Dinner was disappointing as well chicken Margarita(I think there is an H in there somewhere) DRY and boring, steak was great, rest of the plate tasted like they forgot to add seasoning to the meal. So overall it was OK, choose carefully unless you are a regular and know exactly what you are getting.

We got to the restaurant during a mad fathers day rush and were seated after 10 minutes of waiting. After being seated we got waters and then we waited for an additional hour for our food. That may not seem like long, but we were basically the only people in the restaurant. So when the manager came and asked us how our food was, we hadnt even gotten it! He went and checked on the kitchen staff. They basically gave up after the big dinner rush. Our food was ok, my mom found a hair in hers and my sister got the wrong meal. Overall, the food was good and the waitress was really really nice, but it definitely could have been better.

They are wonderful people. Though it may not always be a perfect experience, you have a genuine sense the goal is to provide you with a great dining experience. There is usually some new idea, updated decor, new menu choices, and a friendly face. They are usually very busy, and there can be a wait. Especially during the "typical" dining hours. Planning and patience if you are wanting to have dinner at 6pm on Friday or lunch at noon in Sunday.

The food quality at Olive Garden seems to have gone downhill from what I remember. I tried the Lobster Ravioli which had overcooked lobster and a piece of shell in it. The Zuppa Tuscana was excellent as always and our server was friendly and pleasant, each visit seems to get a bit worse in the food department so it will be a long time before I go back.

What an awful experience...We had an extremely rude server who did not even want to do drink refills.when we asked her to she said"right now?" .We were very courteous and did not complain even though that happened and my husbands meal was wrong. Honestly I had never had poor service in any other Olive Gardens before .Just unbelievably disappointing.....

The food was good quality as usual. However i was not impressed with our waitress. She constantly forgot our refills and she wouldnt stop asking are you sure questions every time we ordered. She also seemed to be pushy for us to leave. Would eat here again as long as she wasnt our waitress again.

Food was "okay" not worth going back for us. Havent been to Olive Garden in years and now see why. Service was not very good. And whats with the seating and decor. Didnt feel classy, felt very "low rent". And whats with the oversized chairs on wheels? Do we now cater to overweight people?

Food was delicious. The dinner portion was a little small for the price. Need to throw in a little more pasta to make it look like a bigger portion. I had the shrimp and chicken carbonara which had an incredible taste, but the meat to pasta ratio was a little off. Im just saying.

Excelente lugar para comer massas e carnes. O preço é um pouco elevado, mas fomos bem atendidos e os pratos são bem servidos

HORRIBLE!! OG has gone down hill! Its become more of a fast food restaurant... with there new stand up tablets instead of the personalized waiter/waitress! Chicken Parm was horrible...chicken was rough to cut! Might never go again! 99 has way better chic parm then them!

Been here many times, the food is consistently very good and the service is very good as well. Server David is by far the best server I have ever had and anyone who gets his area is in for a real treat of a dinner service. Thanks for a great dining experience Dave.
