The worker who took was lazy. After my friends and I were looking to order a chocolate shake, we were told there was "no more shake stuff" and there was none left of any of the several flavors they have. About a half hour passes by and a pair of ladies order a milkshake and receive one. Out of confusion, my friends and I questioned the lady on why she was able to make them a milkshake, but couldnt make us one. She replied, "Those were the last 2. There is one left" clearly displaying her laziness for not wanting to make a couple milkshakes a half hour before. I do not reccomend this Five Guys. If theyre too lazy to serve us then they dont deserve the business.

Great location for a Five Guys. Most times Im here, Im out the door within 10 minutes except during the busiest times. Staff has always been very nice and seem to be on the ball. Ive seen other customers ask for extra sauce or onions while staff is working in the kitchen and theyve been always been responsive. Bathrooms are clean and the staff are pretty quick to wipe down the tables, sweep the floor of peanut shells, empty trash, etc. Theres a few picnic tables outside with plenty of parking as well.

LOVE Five Guys. Workers always look happy and seem to enjoy their jobs. Delicious burgers, great fries, best shakes I have ever had! I love that everything is made fresh. Its well worth the money (a bit on the pricey side, but most definitely worth every single penny!!!!) and the wait. I would rather wait 10+ minutes for fresh hot food than 3+ min for barely warm food. I work for fast good and prefer eating at Five Guys. ;) Keep up the great work!! You all are AWESOME!!

They make a great burger - loaded up or pared down, any way you like it. Killer fries too - that overflow their cup! Good team - they always seem to be enjoying themselves, and place is clean. You cant go wrong. Somehow though, I never look forward to the music theyve got blaring. The 70s guitar hero stuff didnt strike me as all that accomplished the first time around. No need to dredge it up again. Id change that.

Woohoo! We have Five Guys in the Leominster-Fitchburg area! I love going in there, not just for the food, but to see where that days potatoes came from... I moved to Fitchburg from Idaho, and Five Guys always has a chalk board on the wall with the name of which Idaho town provided that days potatoes! It makes me laugh and, generally, I can say "Hey, Ive been there"!

A favorite burger when Im in the mood for fresh ingredients and tons of great fries! My only reservation is the music can be loud and create difficulties for normal conversation. The shouting of orders is fun and the staff often looks like they enjoy their time there. Easy access off Rte 2 and near shopping. I visit them about every two weeks.

Food was great as always but place was a mess. Left over food over more than half the seating. Floor was a mess with fries and condiments all over the drink station. I know place can be busy but with 4 people on shift and only about 6 tables with customers there and a few people trickling in no reason for it to be such a mess

Go there all the time til tonight drove 20 minutes from Ashby spent $30 (4 burgers) drive back home another 20 minutes to bring my family dinner and my burgers were raw call and let them know the problem and they say do you want to come back well cook you new burgers . sure and Ill take $20 for the gas and time I wasted

Always hot and delicious fresh burgers and FF most awesome I have ever had! They always give u extra in bag! This is not fast food ppl. I called at closing once and Mgr stayed and made the order for us. They accommodate their customers! Also free peanuts in shell. :)

Great burgers and staff. Fry serving size is huge. We usually get a regular to split with leftovers. Manager is hilarious, sometimes singing and dancing to the music. Sometimes a little messy. Do not come here if you have a peanut allergy.

Good burgers, paired with great fries. A little pricey I suppose for burger, drink, fries. Comes out to about 12 bucks, but the available topping selection is good and the staff there its pretty great.

What more can be said about Five Guys? Its great! Huge burgers and fries about to explode out of the bag. Maybe a little chilly in there, but the Cajun fries take the edge off that.

Yum. The serving sizes are HUGE. My first visit I got two burgers and large fries... barely dented the fries and ate just one burger... Not cheap but great quality.
