Stopped by today around 1:00 for lunch with my son, havent been to an Unos for at least 10 years, saw the power salad, looked amazing in menu. When salad arrived at table it was literally a bowl full of chopped spinach, a few grapes, and pieces of chicken, The few grapes and pieces of chicken were under the spinach so the bowl basically was spinach. There were no carrots, no feta cheese, no goji berries, no raisins, no dried cranberries, no pepitas, When I told our server "Carissa"and showed her, she said oh ok, Ill let them know. That was literally all she did, no manager table visit, didnt have them make it correctly, and didnt remove it from check? I have been in the restaurant industry for 35 years, I am well versed in server training, manager training, and order resolution issues. Servers are trained to spot incorrectly prepared items and not blindly deliver to table, if you look at this item on menu and website, it is dramatic, Helen Keller could have realized it had "nothing" on it. Thank you for making my next dining decision a little easier for me, this is one restaurant I wont have to consider for my next meal out.

Hunter!!!!! Wow!!!!! I cant remember the last time I received the kinda of customer service you gave us today...... I know you was not my server, but taking care of a customer who is not in your section is amazing. you was prompt, professional, flvery frielndly and expedient. I watched you while my family and I was eating. Servers times your focus went bound your service area. Scanning a large areas much like a manager would do, But, I think you where a server. I cant say enough of how well served we felt from the team. Every single person was friendly. Thank you and wish you the best. That kinda of service will take you a long ways Joe,

Very good greetings, clean table, quick service... I have asked for pasta chicken alfredo carbonara... The menu even looks like Olive Garden!!... And by the way nice looking restaurant... But... When food arrived there were no flavor, plane... I thought maybe was me, but then I asked for breadsticks and same... Seems they are short of salt or short of ingredients... I would like to return and try the pizza Chicago style... And let see if it was just a bad day or really the kitchen is bad... Ill try... Tomorrow.

We went to Uno for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon, The front desk seemed a bit disorganized, but once we were seated the service was flawless - our server Andrew was terrific. Our drinks were refilled before we even had to ask, and the sandwiches were delicious and unique. The Uno tee shirts worn by the servers were unflattering, particularly on the overweight servers - go back to a more tailored shirt. All in all, a superior menu and meal.

When we walked in noon was there to greet us! I was not even that busy when we finally got someones attention theybdidnt even no where to bring us and the lady with cult blonde hair brpwinsh? Idk was so rude there was not even silverware when we got to the Booth. The service com the wait staff was good but UNIS front desk needs some help!

The manager and bar tender that were on when I went were so awesome! Friendly and on top of things like refilling drinks and giving you an up to date tab. I forgot my left overs and when I called to ask if they were still there the staff said to come on down they would make me a whole new meal!!!! Delicious pizza and good people

We were there today and sat at the bar...the bartender was nice but once we got the food she forgot about us...I needed water and waited 15 minutes then had to call her over then she acted put out...then wanted to pay and same thing...she was in lala land....wish Beth had been there for great service!

Wonderful place! We had a minor issue with one of the meals and the manager went above and beyond to fix the problem and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. My mother and I were so impressed with the manager and staff that we will go back specifically for that reason. I strongly recommend :)

The food was pretty good but the service was terrible. We were late for the next thing we had on our schedule. The waiter dumped part of the food on the plate into one of our purses that we had to clean out. We asked for a check and never got it until we asked a second time Not very impressed.

I stopped by UNO with my two little boys. It was a family friendly restaurant. Especially our server Autumn brought pizza dough for my boys and boys really loved playing with it. We were able to finish our meal happily. Great staff, pleasent atmosphere, good food!

Food was really good and service was above average. I do like that they have the device at the table so you can call your server if needed and pay from it as well although I always wonder how often those get cleaned..
