The service was bad right from the beginning we waited 10 minutes before someone told us all go choose your own seat then the waiter said she couldnt take her appetizer order until she took our drink order then when the food came out one entree had hair in it then the manager comes and says she apologizes for the hair in the food but doesnt know how it got there considering the cook doesnt have any hair and Im not a cheap individual I have no problem spending money I didnt even want to go to Unos it was somebody in my party that want to knows this is the Unos in Braintree

Ugh If I couldnhace given them a negative star I would. Between the food being medeocure and waitress not even paying us enough mind to listen to our order properly it was a complete waste of time. To top of managment and craft employees gossiping and checking out my husband blatently I had enough so much so that I made it a point to let the.manager know that the place was a complete disappointment. I remember now the reason for never stepping foot in an unos in ten years the reasons are all still there. I would have ordered to eat from a McDonalds.

I was happy to eat at the UNO Grill. This was my first experience and I was happy I stopped by. I was sent on business to this area and was often alone for dinner. The staff was friendly and always let me have a seat. The food was great quality. The service was extremely fast. Something else that is very unique, they have a small touch screen computer at every table. This computer will let you play games, order food, and pay your bill. I was very happy that this was at my table. Bottom line, Stop in! The food is great!

Had a good experience my first visit. The second visit the host did not seem interested in serving customers. The waitress never checked back on us after taking our orders. The host did not say bye to anyone on the way out. I do like the ability to pay on the tablet. The games on the tablet are fun too but I think they might have charged for it and I did not realize it until the end.

Disappointed , waited around 10 minutes for the server to come over meanwhile the table next to was piled up with dirty dishes from the previous customers it remained that way for our entire stay which was about an hour and 15 minutes we finally asked them to box our meal to take home because were waiting so long

The food was really good but the service was terrible. Myou girlfriend and I went out to dinner and we waited 15min just for the server come and ask for our drinks. After we waited so long for the drinks the food also also took really long to be delivered. Good food but really bad service!

The service at this restaurant is disgraceful. The GM of this location should educate his staff (waitress). I will NEVER visit UNOs again based on the experiencs I just had there. May 2017. Doesnt even deserve one star. Posting on YELP too. Dont go here. Save your money

This is apparently a very old Unos that recently got remodeled. It looks nice! Im not sure what to say about this. Its an Unos. The food at Unos is pretty consistent at whatever location. If you like Unos, this is good.

Its pretty much exactly what youd expect. Nothing fancy (although the new electronic payment devices at each table are a pleasant surprise), just some good pizza. Get the Chicago Classic and go home happy (and full).

waitresses amd waiters were great foods good, out the cut they no longer serve buffalo chicken dip.btw if they bring it back dont order the dip with bread they jew you out of the dip otherwise
