Jade City is located in Norton Center across from the fire department. My friend and I stopped in for Chinese takeout. It is a small place, not the cleanest, but fine for takeout. You can clearly see inside the kitchen and watch them cook, or if you like you can stare at one of four 3D Magic Posters, the one with the unicorn also has a castle with it! The food took approximately 12 mins to cook and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a combination plate of kung pao chicken and my choice of two appetizers. I chose 4 chicken fingers, and 3 crab Rangoon. I also ordered a hot and sour soup for $2.50 more. The Chinese food is good but not the best I have had. The hot and sour soup however was not as delectable as I would have liked. Too much soy sauce made it way too salty. I have had trouble in the area finding good hot and sour soup. The Kung Pao chicken was a spicy dish, and as much as I like spicy food, people may find that this dish is too spicy. There were only 6 pieces of chicken compared to how plentiful the vegetables were. The white rice was sticky and good. My friend had the combination plate of sesame chicken, egg role and spare ribs. He said his was very tasty! It was very filling. Their lunch specials were very inexpensive and probably the better way to go than to order for dinner. Overall I would recommend it as good food but not the best….Average.

We had a long day and puled into the parking lot. It was 8:57 and I was hungering for some chinese food. The sign read the close was at 9:30. The open sign was still lit. The door however was locked. We knocked and you just shook your head at us. Great customer service and reliability...taking my business else where from now on. TSangs down the street welcomed us in as they closed and make great food!!

The food was disgusting and when I brought it back they gave me a hard time. Then I was like alright Ill take the food back and call the better business bureau and the health department. When I said that he was like Ill give u 7.00 back ans the wife was swearing at me. What ever there food is nasty.

This was the absolute worst,chinese food I have ever eaten, everything was so dry and tasteless. We love tsangs but they were closed so we figured we would try jade palace, what a big mistake.
