Never visiting this restaurant again. Poor review. Didnt receive refund nor exchange given. Bought take-out on my lunch break here on 2/18/14. Took chicken general tsos home and the cooked chicken had an unusual foul-spoiled taste. Drove again to the store, walked in and politely asked for take-out to be remade/exchange. The friendly-smiling female who took my take-out order before, sat the take-out on the counter, placed her fingers bare-handed into the take-out, and tasted the chicken. The smiling lady denied she tasted nothing wrong with the food, and therefore, refused to re-cook the take-out order, and said no refund. She then decides to give the food much praise by saying its their "most popular" item and "best chicken". She decides to give the food more praise, by attempting to offer the customer next to me a sample of the take-out with her bare fingers again. No worries, the customer next to me turned his head and ignored the request. The smiling lady then goes into a high voice and tells me to take the food back. As in, I stuck my fingers in it now take it back out the door with you. Thats after shes touched and chewed the food and fondled the take-out a few times. Im shocked I didnt have a meltdown. I was in awe that my debit card was swiped, food not re-cooked, and the lunch I expected that I had paid for was gross, mishandled, and I wasnt appreciated as a customer. I left the restaurant because I was almost near a meltdown, but before I did I picked-up the take-out bag off the counter, turned to the trash, and threw the whole order away. Hunger didnt matter after this. They never will earn my service, money, and respect as an establishment again. Even though I didnt get my money back, Im glad google review let me share my experience. Newport entrepreneur.

Never have I ever disliked an establishment enough to write a negative review about it... Then there was Bamboo House. After being delivered the wrong order I called Bamboo House to let them know that they had given me the wrong order and was met with anger (towards me!) and complete disrespect. Not only did they not offer to bring me what I had PAID FOR or even apologize for bringing me the wrong food, they YELLED at ME over the phone and then proceeded to hang up on me. I have never been so disgusted by customer service in my entire life and therefore would give a review of zero stars if I could however must settle for just one star.

Normally I dont do this but Ive been going her for a few weeks now on my lunch break and always get the lunch special Bourbon chicken. Always amazing and cooked with in 10 to 15mins. Today I got the beef and broccoli. I got back to work to eat it and noticed it looked and smelt a little weird but I tried it and it was slimmy and was definitely rotten meat. I was so upset I had to throw the whole thing away. I had about two bites and my stomach has been messed up since. Definitely wont be back here again.

The service was god awful , i called to politely explain that they had gotten my order wrong and i was met with a harsh tone and yelling , i was told they where to busy to deal with me even though i had paid them to provide a service. I would suggest that no one eat here of all the restaurants in town there are far better choices then bamboo garden.

We ordered the General Tzos for two and were pleasantly surprised when it showed up twenty minutes early. My wife is crazy critical about Chinese food and her exact words were, "This is the best Chinese delivery I have ever had." I found it spicier than usual but to me that is a good thing. Pretty reasonably priced as well.

We have been going to Bamboo House for over 3 years now when we want Chinese food. Our order is always accurate, delicious, cooked fresh and fast delivery. We usually order General Tsos, Beef with fancy mixed vegetables (my personal fav), fried wonton and egg rolls. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Always had great food. But will take my business elsewhere since they hired that old drunk lady. She cant get the orders right and she yells and swears at you. I have complained several times but they dont want to hear it. That woman is going to fail their business.

Ordered the spicy galic shrimp and hot and sour soup. Soup was decent, not really spicy or sour but good amount of veggies. Garlic shrimp again not spicy but large with lots of mixxed veggies and good flavor. Staff very friendly.

LOVE the food here- always fresh and the service is super nice. We call in for pickup and they know our name and always include the extra condiments we like without us even asking. Enjoy!
