I would like to let you know that cashier Mani at the Wings Over Brookline is a thief. I was there last Friday and my usual order came to $33.14. I handed Mani $40 and he gave me back my change minus exactly $2. I left the store and realized went back in 30 seconds later and asked him for my receipt since I didnt get one. He gave it to me and I informed him that I was shorted $2. He then popped open the drawer and handed me $2 no questions asked. I found this unusual and sort of shady but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Last night I returned to Wings Over Brookline and Mani was my cashier again. My order was again $33.14 and I again handed him $40 specifically so that I could see if he gives me the right change this time. He handed me $6.35 which is $.51 short of what I should have gotten. I called him out before my best friend could order and he handed me .$75 which still wasnt the right change. My friend ordered right after me and her order came to $20.35 but Mani said "Dont worry about the $.35. It was disturbing being a former cashier/former manager to see how poorly he was handling the money. Now I ordered 2 DC-10s and 1 order of Cajun waffle fries at 6:47 p.m. and my friend ordered 1 DC-10 and an order of Cajun waffle fries at 6:48 p.m. Mani told both of us 20 minutes before our order would be up. My friend got hers at 7:12 p.m. and I asked Mani how much longer mine would be to which he responded "A couple more minutes. We have a lot of orders." At 7:23 p.m. I ask him again how much longer and he stated "Not much, were just waiting on your waffle fries." Pretty much lying to me because fries take 5-7 minutes to cook and my best friend and a few other people who came in after me and I watched order there food had their food and fries. I politely asked Mani for my money back because Id been waiting 45 minutes and didnt want to wait any more. He quickly obliged but asked me for the "change" hed given me so that he could give me only dollars. I snapped "Dont worry about the change just give me $33." He handed me $33 and I didnt even get an "Im sorry." Another shady thing that happened 10 minutes into my visit is when another young man came out from the back with a receipt and stood in the small space between the kitchen and bathroom glancing up and down at my best friend and I who were sitting on the stools. He only played with the receipt and looked at us and then went back into the kitchen. I am convinced that something was going on in the kitchen and something was being done to my food. On Yelp this location is known to have very poor customer service but this was too much and I will not let it slide. Wings Over Brookline is the only place that Ill eat buffalo chicken from and I was so disappointed not only in the customer but because I didnt get my food. I order from here at least once a week and now I feel uncomfortable to ever go back. I would like to be contacted with an explanation as to what was actually going on with my food and why I was treated so badly for only calling out a cashier who is obviously stealing. Also, on the front counter was a clear plastic box that said "We support our troops" with money in and on top of it was a tip cup that had no money in it so it seemed as though the location doesnt accept tips and instead donates would-be tips but Mani made his own tip cup. I would like to be contacted to resolve this matter. I will contact the store manager too if he is available today. Hope to here from you soon. Thank you. (Compaint sent to corporate. I thought Id put it out there because I am now bitter that I will never have my favorite wings again.)

I would not recommend to go here as I was discriminated against in retaliation by asking for my correct change after the same cashier shorted me on two consecutive occasions. I waited close to an hour for my food that the employees never intended on making. I wrote to corporate via the Wings Over website and received a response the same day with only an apology and offer of a gift card (which I have yet to receive and its been over a week since the incident.) I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Wings Over Brookline has yet to respond (that too was over a week ago.) I was not interested in any type of gain from this experience only an apology, EXPLANATION, and guarantee that it would never happen again because I patronized them on a weekly basis and all Ive gotten so far was an apology via e-mail from the corporate president, Bill Savin. The e-mail that I received shows that my complaint was forwarded to the Wings Over Brookline store manager, Harry, but he has yet to contact me with an explanation, apology or assurance that this will not happen again. I am currently in the process of filing a civil rights complaint against this company for not serving me in retaliation for asking for my correct change. Wings Over Brookline may have good food but they do not care for their customers enough to respect their feelings. They do not value "regular" patrons and that is why I will not return. I never looked at any of their employees as kind or customer service oriented but blatant disrespect and mistreatment is intolerable and that is why I chose to take it to this level. NOW RUN & TELL EVERYBODY!! The cashier who stole from my change on the two occasions was Mani and I have yet to even receive a call or e-mail letting me know that he was "caught red-handed," disciplined, or terminated for doing this. So, BUYER-BEWARE!

Wings over Brookline, great food.....except I ordered it and an hour and a half later it comes. Estimated time on foodler was 40 min. An hour after I ordered, I called the store to find out where my order was. He said the food left the store 10 min ago, which means it took 50 min for wings, fries and salad to leave the store. My food eventually came at 9:10. It took an hour and a half on the dot, 40 min after so called person on the phone told me the driver left. Thats an hour and a half to get my food when I live 5 minutes down the street. Yes I live 5 minutes down the street. I found a pleasant surprise when I saw the receipt which was processed at 8:05, thats 24 minutes after I placed my order at 7:41. It is a shame such great food has such poor service where you will never order their delivery again. My $6 dollar pre-paid tip (which usually helps delivery come faster?) will be surely accepted at a restaurant that actually cares

Best wings Ive EVER had. I have no issues with driving a good 45 minutes into Brookline to get these compared to settling for local wings. They may be on the pricey side but their boneless wings with Honey BBQ and Honey Mustard are amazing. Only downside to this location is the parking and cramped dining area. During college season, it can be hard to park & drive to this location. It is also near Fenway, which may also cause issues during baseball season. They do let you order online, which is convenient if you have to drive a ways to get there. Unfortunately the service is not great & Ive found some of their cashiers to be downright rude compared to other Wings Over locations (texting instead of looking up to assist me or other customers along with poor hygiene.)
