I have been disappointed by this location on 3 different occasions. I am a reasonable person so I just figured it was the staff member or just an off day, which is why I gave them another try. The first time the gentleman took my order, I paid him with cash. After cashing me out he walked right over to the salad station to make my salad. No gloves, and didnt was his hands. He touched all of my food with his dirty hands. I asked him to remake my food. The second time, it was extremely busy I ordered to go. The cashier did not tell me I would be waiting 35 min for my food. I understand it gets busy but the staff should inform people if it will be longer than 10-15 min, especially on a to go order. My most recent visit was the last straw. As I walked in, the cooks were screaming and disrupting the restaurant. I again, ordered a salad to go. The girl who made my food left on a glove that she was handling money with and proceeded to touch my food with it. She also mixed my dressing in with my salad which it is usually on the side. Way too much for my liking. I will never go back there. Too many times have there been issues. Their staff clearly isnt trained well enough on contamination. Someone will be sick from there unsanitary practices.

Food is pretty good, could be great if it was less salty. TOO MUCH SALT IN THE PESTO. Ive also had the Stroganoff which also could stand less salt. The staff is friendly and very helpful and the food comes out fast and HOT! In this area Id give them 5 stars. Today, I went to the Westwood, MA location and they were out of a lot of things. OUT OF BEEF, so I could not order the stroganoff I was in the mood for. OUT OF COKE ZERO...They have one of those soda machines with 100+ flavors which was OUT OF VANILLA , my other choice. All and all, not having a good experience this trip. But Ill give them another shot.

We went there for lunch and waited about 20 minutes for our noodles and an associate noticed that we did not recieve our meal yet. He immediately brought over the general manager Ryan who apologized and hand delivered our meal. I have never recieved such amazing customer service. I never usually write a review but I thought they were more than worthy of 5 stars. Every single associate went out of their way to greet us and made sure it was an experience to remember. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and this was definitely an example of going above and beyond to please the customer. Thank you so much!

Its a shame. The menu is very attractive and the staff is nice, but thats where the compliments end. I ordered the Thai curry soup. It came out cold with only a quarter of the bowl filled with soup with almost zero noodles. And raw red onions, seriously? I thought it was a weird addition, but then again, thats just ultimately my preference.

I love the food here. THe service on the other hand is why I will not go back. I tried to come here at lunch twice and the first time there was a 30 minute wait with no line. The second time I ordered with only one person ahead of me and it took 30 minutes to get my food. They forgot me in the order line and never gave me my order.

ordered 1@ time today curry noodle soup and chicken noodle soup, regular size. The amount that cames is 1/3 to 1/4 that comes when you order from a regular asia restaurant.Will not go back anymore. The take out container was only 1/2 full. Good if you are doing diet, you will still be hungry. Even if you eat 2 portions

I am from Seattle and was craving Pad Thai and this sure hit the spot. There are a lot of Thai restaurants in Seattle. I have tried some places in Boston that were kind of bland. The phad thai here was a perfect blend of sour, creamy peanut goodness. The texture of the noodles and tofu were also perfect.

Looks healthy but very heavy on the SALT. So much so that I couldnt finish my meal. Salt content is something around the amount you find in a can of chunky soup or a frozen dinner. If your into salt like that you will love it. Presentation is nice and the staff is excellent.

Overall not great. It was my first time at a noodle & company. I got the Korean spicy beef noodles, it was sub-par. Heavy on the noodles to beef, but the spice level was nice. Overall the place itself wasnt very clean. The staff was friendly though.

We came because of my wife we ordered and I had mystery chicken was it chicken ahhh uhm I dont know if eating past ask aldente pasta over cooked not a big fan well first and last time

The establishment was not clean-- there were dirty dishes on almost every table. In addition, the lettuce in my salad was a mixture of rotten and frozen. I could not eat it.
