Monday is obviously the worst day to come in. Ive come in when its busy and things are great. Ive come in on Mondays and both days were undesirable. The young black haired man takes my order (and Im one of two people in the whole store) takes them 20 mins to get my order and then when I leave, the burger is wrong. Second time the same kid takes my order and they walk around for five minutes in the back before dropping my fries because they forgot obviously (there only two other people eating there) the other man working there saves him with a "theyre almost ready" as he drops the fries. Not coming back on Mondays.

Its a chain...but if the local "fast" burger chains, this is easily the best imo. The day we were there, both the coke machines were barely in service with 50% of the items bring grayed out, aka, not available. Sure it was just a temporary issue from having had a busy weekend?

They have great burgers and fries, hands down, very nice and helpful about any question you may have, everything is cooked as order and nice and hot when you get it,unlike most places food cold . Very clean inside restaurant and bathroom. I give them a 10 all the way around.

Why go to McDs, BK, or Wendys when you could have a real and juicy burger made to what you want? And the fries blow all the others out of the water too. If youre going to eat unhealthy, at least make it worth it by going to 5 Guys!

Love the burgers - done just the way I like them, a little grease and a lot of flavor. Plus plenty of options. The fries dont disappoint either. Hard to find a better fast food burger IMHO.

Ok Ill admit its a good burger and fries are great.. but $21 for two burgers and one large fries? I can go get TWO hearty meals at the 99 for $21! Meh thats just my opinion
