We shouldve walked out when the host and manager didnt even greet us when we came in. They looked up from their phones but didnt have the courtesy to say welcome. They werent busy so we thought wed get seated right away....well that wasnt the case. Manager walked away and the host asked for a name. We gave them a name and stood there awkwardly waiting. Again, they were not busy, so seating the 2 of us shouldnt have been an issue. The manager came back and seated us in a booth. Thank God I looked before sitting because there were greasy globs of stuff on the seat. The manager had already scurried off so we just sat ourselves in a booth across from where he originally sat but this booths table was sticky as hell. Our gut told us to leave but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and stayed. Wrong choice, as Kelsey our waitress stalks over to take our order. No smile, no how are you, just a scowl. We placed our order and everything, I mean everything was cooked badly, pretzel sticks burnt, boneless wings hard as a rock, and the burger had no flavor. Overall, I blame management for not implementing daily beautification tasks and quality control measures on the food. The staff were obviously miserable. I will never eat at this TGIF again. What a waste of money and time!

The place was completely unprofessional. When we put our name in, the host was swearing and getting annoyed with the staff. We got sat down in a dirty area where the mops and brooms were out, and the floor was wet and sticky. We put in our appetizer and they forgot to bring it out. I recieved my meal, and the chicken was raw, so I sent it back. They said they would take off the meal and the appetizer, they offered to replace my meal as well, yet the meal never came. We got sick of waiting for the check so we just went up to the host and decided to pay there, and thats when my meal came out. We asked for extra napkins, that never came. The manger seemed like he was drunk and was completely unprofessional and appeared annoyed that we had complaints. I understand that these restaurants get husy, however this Saturday night that I went the restaurant was next to empty, which is why I couldnt understand why my family and I had service. T.G.I Fridays I hope you take these reviews into consideration, because this was by far the worst service I have gotten. Ive recieved better customer service at a McDonalds. I will be contacting corporate seeing as how multiple people have given this location poor reviews and yet the service continues to be awful.

If you never let reviews determine where you eat, you need to let this one. The service here is awful! First they seated my family (2 kids, 2 adults) in a booth next to the bar and the restaurant was nearly empty; then they didnt have either of the two appetizers I wanted and did not offer any substitutes or reparation; I told the waitress I wanted my garnish without mushrooms cause Im allergic she offered to have someone pick the mushrooms out of the already made garnish (WTF); my "achoholic beverage" tasted like fruit juice; my son asked for no cheese on his burger so she had them remove the cheese from the top but failed to inform us that the burger came infused with cheese (yes we sent that back); my grilled chicken felt like rubber and my broccoli tasted like it just touched the hot water; lastly we saw our waited when we ordered the food, when she delivered the food, and when we got up to find her for the check! All that love for $65 And by the way I watched them bring the appetizer I asked for to the people 2 tables ahead of me!!

Will literally never return here again. The most deplorable dining experience I have ever been through. I waited a week before I posted this so I could accurately describe what happened without any cloudy judgement. Our waiter was rude and ruined our order. I asked for my meat well done and he says "You sure?" I tell him I just want it without any red inside I dont care what you call it here. He tells me "Medium Well... you dont want well done here you can throw it at the wall!" I tell him fine, he brings it out and it isnt even at medium temperature. My friends steak (he ordered a 10oz) came as a sub 5 oz. When we tried to call his attention to come back over we got nothing but attitude. "YOU SAID MEDIUM WELL!" Actually buddy I explained exactly how I wanted it. Dirty tables, dirty silverware, dirty plates. No drinks refilled. No empty bottles cleared. The manager finally came over and was RUDE and IGNORANT. Most of all, unprofessional. This place gets 0 stars.

So I was there yesterday around 9:50pm.when I get there the host wasnt there ,I was waiting for her like 15 to 20 min.there were 8 costumers at the bar and like 3 table.it was emty. everyone saw me waiting and no one came to me and ask what I want.they were just going around the restaurant see me and nothing.so I ask a girl (where is the host?)she didnt even look at me and go .so when the host finally show up she didnt say a word and take me to a table.seating there for around 40 min no waiter came.they were walking around ,and the GM too.when I finally order a dessert I waited a hour to eat with no silverware.my drinking glass was like half like I wasnt paying for it.and then my dinner was a disaster.really bad presentation but I dont blame the cook Cuz he/she might have everything clean by 11:30pm Cuz they supposed to close at 12:00pm.so I just had 30 min to eat and leave. Those waiters give really bad costumer service. A really bad experience.

I would never go there agin! I came there on a Tuesday there was no one at the host stand for 5min when I finally got seated our server was really nice.The place was kind of empty but for some reason our food took long and then wen it came out my food wasnt cook at the right Temperature so I had to bring it back then wen it came out the second time I found hair in my food.Then I ask to speak to manger my server left an came back an said she couldnt find her an left my table again an then wen the manger came over she smelled like cigarettes smh an her stomach was showing that threw off my appetite.She took my meal off the bill and apologize Im guessing she was the General manager my server said I was in shock how she presented herself as in her clotheing an her smell...She said her name was Vicky if Im Correct...Never agin smh an agin the wasnt the server fault she was excellent...

Worst Service Ive had in awhile. The waiter was overbooked with tables & we waited 30+ mins for our drinks alone. After that we waited about a hour in total for our appetizers. I ordered my food & it didnt come out for an hour plus total. No one never came to see how our food was or even if we wanted any drinks. We had one drink all night thats it and thats really bad for service. The waiter must be new but she got not help at all which makes her looks bad. Other people must have been taking her food because people who came after us was getting their food before us. For someone who havent been here in a few years this was a very bad experience. At the end of our service after asking for to go boxes for an hour a server named Joe was the only person who made us smile even though such a bad experience. We had to stop him for a box thats the only reason we even got our boxes.
