I walked out of this bgood very unsatisfied. They were unable to process a simple request, I asked if my burger could be rare, or as undercooked as they were allowed to serve it, and instead was served with a hard piece of charcoal. Ruined my experience for this place, and I know I will never eat here again. There are many other places to find a decent burger, dont need to be wasting my money on subpar service & food.

Amazing veggie burgers! The patties are a variety of ingredients that balance each other; head and shoulders above most other veggie burger offerings at other restaurants. I also really like that they provide so many options, and those options are generally very good. Decor is appropriate for the venue. Service at this particular location has been good but not spectacular; there have been a couple order mix-ups.

I love everything about the b.good concept, but this location is consistently slow with poor service. Today we waited 25 mins for two burgers and a side of fries. Im sad to say it, but this location is not really an option for me anymore. It seems like every time I come to this location there is chaos behind the counter and confusion about who ordered what when meals are being passed to customers.

Quick and tasty. Our plain burger was a little too charred on the outside, but everything else was good. In addition to the minimal seating on the ground floor there is a little lounge upstairs that was surprisingly quiet on a Sunday around lunchtime. That was a pleasant surprise, although it was a bit too hot. The kids thought the free arcade game in the lounge was excellent.

The burgers we smaller than I expected, and the bottom bun of my burger and my sweet potato fries were both charred black in several places. It seems that this was deliberate, part of the style of the place, but I want impressed. All this being said, my Westside turkey burger was tasty.

Other than bits of sand/grit in the kale bowls which makes me only give you a 3 - 3 1/2,(which I pray you will fix)....THIS IS A FABULOUS RESTAURANT!! Especially for the vegetarian. Also, spread out over the country...like to Georgia where I live. THEN I will visit you daily!!!

Awesome burgers and sallad bowls. My wife and I had the West side burger with sweet potato fries and Power bowl. Both tasted awesome you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The home made strawberry lemonade tasted really good (had 3 refills)

This place was horribly overpriced for fast food. We spent $48 for two adults and one kid, especially since they dont offer kids meals like every other location. The food was good, just not worth the same money as an actual restaurant.

Was accidentally over-charged, all I ordered was the drink and the fries, but was over-charged for the drink, the fries were burnt, and I dont love the recipe for ketchup that they use (I assume theyre the ones that made it).

I got a summer berry salad with grilled chicken and a side of sweet potato fries -- taste fresh! The atmosphere is laid back and plenty of seating. The salad portions are pretty reasonable, as well as the fries.
