So... Im not one to leave bad reviews but I have to. Every single time I go here something goes wrong. I am going to continue coming here since I love Chipotle and there are no closer ones but here are the issues: - There is always something out of stock. THe past two times I have gone there were no chips (our favorite part is the chips!). The time before that there were no burrito wraps so we had to get a taco instead. Also, the coke is always out and comes out as water. - I place my orders online. A few orders ago my online order was somehow completely missed. I have the screenshot of the order confirmation on my phone, but it never made it to be created. I got there and explained this after having ordered it an hour ago, but instead had to wait 45 minutes while everyone else was serviced in the store. Even people who came after me. I would have gotten out faster if I had just got in the regular line that time. On the bright side nobody that works there is mean... EDIT TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: So, I ordered 2 more times since I last wrote this review, and the first time they were out of cheese, and this time they were out of white rice. This place really needs to hire someone else for their inventory management.

Wish I could leave zero stars. I went to this location a few times when it first opened. The service was horrible and they just could not seem to figure out how to wrap a burrito. They also never drain fluids from beans or meat so it was soaked and dripping everywhere, every time I went. I decided to go again today, hoping they would have gotten their act together. I was wrong. They still cant wrap a burrito, they used two wraps, even though the first one wasnt ripped, which baffled me. It was oozing juice everywhere even after I asked them to please drain the beans and meat. The guy wrapping it had to get a second pair of gloves due to the mess he was creating. Even the girl on the register was chuckling watching the mess being wrapped up. I couldnt eat it, it was a disgusting mess, so I threw it out. I wont be going back. There are other burrito places I can go to, and they consistently do a better job.

Never really had a problem with this place. When they first opened i went there for a straight week. Go grossed out by it after a while not cause i went there so much. But when u eat a burritto i like it nice and hot and the meat full cooked and over there the meat is not and burrittos cold have to come home and reheat it which is so annoying. Hate cold burrittos. Its weird the first week i could get enough they where cooking everything so well then i feel they got lazy cause that meat i eat now tastes chewy and raw gross

One of the best Chipotle I have visited. Manger Joe Marco was supper nice. They had been busy and ran out of brown rice and I was starving and a bit upset. He give me extra veggies, chicken and made my experience great. Even got some coupons that I will definitely use when I come back.
