There are many other reasons as to why I will not spend my money in this place. We had a problem, it happens but it is the manager’s job to do damage control. I did not want anything free but a little bit of urgency and concern would have been nice. I am an easy customer, I do not typically complain and usually never send my food. Not only can the employees of the Awful Garden not do their jobs from management down their food and prices are just not worth it. The “Tour of Italy” has to be one of the worst items there. The chicken parmesan was overcooked and dry, the 2 ounces of cold fettuccine topped with ½ ounce of sauce and the over microwaved lasagna that looked like a pile of slop on the left side of the plate cost $17.99. It would have been easier and more cost worthy for me to purchase a Stouffers frozen lasagna and cook it and serve it to myself at home rather than have to sit through that awful experience. Some would say this is what you get for going to a big box restaurant as opposed to a mom and pop type. I look at it in a different light, these restaurants want my money so whether it be a mom and pop or a big box they should exceed my expectations when it comes to food, service, ambiance and overall experience (not to mention I have extremely low expectations for big box anyways). This place has failed in all aspects of the hospitality business. I hope that people who are reading this heed my warning but for the others that read this and go anyways good luck, have fun and waste your time and money.

We had Pam as our server tonite. She was fantastic and I would highly recommend anyone visit this particular Olive Garden to experience her service. She took time to make sure our mealtime was great. She catered to our needs down to the smallest detail, such as bringing my water with lemon and my boyfriends with no ice. She patiently explained her favorite meal, the Gorgonzola and Steak with Romano Alfredo and the different steak preparations. She came back with extra salad when we asked. The food came out in a timely manner. She did all of this despite the fact that it was Veterans Day and my boyfriend got a free meal out of it! The food was delicious. I was surprised at how good the Alfredo was, especially compared to my last insipid Alfredo experience at Bertuccis. The freshly grated Romano was so creamy! I was very happy with my visit and I am thankful for the yummy menu with great value. I was only sad she took the bill fold away before I could slip in a few extra tip dollars, well-deserved!

I actually did not like how discriminated the staffs at the restaurant made us feel. We went to eat lunch with a few individuals with needs and had to wait for salad and bread while other guests that had just walked in were getting served salad and bread sticks!!We were not offered any cheese on our salad when we were served and there was literally no dressing on the very scarce portion of salad we received. Since we work within a few miles of this restaurant we figured we would make it our go to restaurant but we need to figure out our way to another Olive Garden miles away since the service has not been the best for the hundred time we visited the restaurant. It is either that or we will still be coming to this restaurant until our individuals are treated as any other human being who is being served and considered as a customer at that restaurant. I think as sad as the first option might be, we will be opting for it for the sake of our individuals.

Do not get the five cheese ziti al forno! It is disgusting and inedible. They dumped a pile of dried Parmesan grated cheese that comes from one of those shaker bottles on top of it. The first one they gave me was horribly burnt and the second one wasnt burnt but again had piles of that cheap cheese on it. I used to love this dish, but they have changed the recipe and it is gross now. I had my three other dining companions taste it as well to make sure it wasnt just me and everyone said it was extremely gross. One of them is the type that will eat everything, so I knew it wasnt just me not liking it. Appetizers were average to sub par. My husband said even the bread sticks didnt taste as good as they used to be. Desert was slightly above average and as expected. Manager didnt care at all and waitress did her best to fix the issue. Also we werent even there when it was overly busy.

Ordered my soup ,ice water and drink . Soup came without a spoon, ice water without ice after 15 mins and soda flat twice. Told waitress we wanted to just have our soup bread sticks, etc before we order because be didnt want our food cold. Soup came out without spoon and another waitress came out with our food while our waitress was off getting my spoon and still checking on bread sticks. My boyfriend like almost attacked this poor waitress at this point , saying we didnt want out food yet. So it sat out back staying warm and getting so dried out that at this point, Im gonna take it home and add something to it to moisten it up. And to make things worse our waitress had absolutely no personality. We know the cooking and not having bread ready or the spoons not being clean or the soda being flat, but she was such a mope.

This place is great! Especially if you like being served dry-sugar crusted donuts. I for one was excited when I received our glazed donuts only to find an even more delicious item. The lack of enthusiasm and integrity made something special. These dry donuts are perfect for many things besides dinner. They are great paper weights seeing as you cant really eat them and they have absolutely no moisture. I used one to fend off a wild coyote as it proved to be quite effective as a weapon. And to say the least it has worked wonders at replacing some of the fallen bricks in my house. Thank you Olive Garden for treating me different because I had used a gift card, not only did you manage to ignore our table but you reminded me how ordinary food can be used for many other things!

Restaurant looks clean but no service at all ,dont mind the price with even small portion of food. server never offer any cheese for pasta and when ask for napkins never show up As a customer we have to goes to the front desk to get some napkins. Also when serving desert did not even wants to removed old plates only when I open my mouth to ask can you please take away the finished dishes. The server said oh I will take it away. At beginning when the food arrives the server keep hand over food over my friend baby over head . As a professional server supposed to serve food especially hot food on the side between person. Not over kid head. As experience this place at Stoughton. Mass I will never comes to olive garden to eat again.

The Olive Garden is the old faithful never let you down when you need it the most like those nights when you just too tired to cook or just dont have anything in your fridge. Italian cuisine in the quality of the food have been gone up 1,000,000% in the past couple years. The desserts are especially good so fresh and yummy their drinks a great two I can I cant really say anything bad about the Olive Garden theyve always come through in a pinch. In this day and age, going to expensive Italian restaurants can hit you hard. Real hard. Like $200-300! For what? Dont think so. Olive Garden is all that and a bag of chips!
