I usually dont order pizza hut but for some reason decided to order pizza hut instead of my usual dominoes. I placed an order an hour and 45 minutes ago, called the store to find out about my order waaaaayy after the estimated time had passed and was told that theyre not doing any delivery and taking any orders because theyre really busy. I asked the guy how i was supposed to know that and his response was that he doesnt know. I was told that his boss told him to cancel all orders that came in online and not to answer the phone because they had no one to deliver anything and were going to call back everyone after the store was closed to explain why they didnt receive their orders or a call back. What nonsense is that? I understand the entire being busy part as I also work in a restaurant but not giving your customers a headsup or a call as soon as possible is very unprofessional. If I had not called to check on my order, I would have possibly been waiting all night. Now Im pissed af and starving.

Im only giving them one star because you have to give a rating, but Id give them zero stars if I could. We waited for our pizza for almost 2 hours, and having called twice and got no answer, and after reading previous reviews about pizza from here never turning up, we decided to just order from Dominos. Luckily, before placing that order the Pizza Hut one finally turned up. When I asked why the pizza was late and why nobody had picked up the phone, the delivery driver was nonchalant and quite frankly rude. He said something vague about them being too busy to pick up the phone. I said, well, this pizza is super late. And he said, so you dont want it anymore then? Are you kidding me, dude? To top it all, the pizza was cold and tasted of nothing. Way to go, Pizza Hut. Needless to say, we wont be ordering from you guys again.

I love pizza Hut, unfortunately the two times I had to order pizza from this location were a total disappointment. Avoid using Online Order, they will make you starve. The customer service on the phone was way bellow average. my experience with them twice was the following: one time on the phone, i made the order but never got it delivered; I called 3 times, and everytime they said "he should be there in a minute". the second time online, I had to go through the same thing; the delivery guy never showed up, but this time the excuse was the delivery guy couldnt find my address though its on the street and the numbers are huge. totally disappointed and I will never give my business to them.

I called to make an order once before and was immediately rejected as soon as I was asked what is my address. I dont live in a dangerous neighborhood, but all they told me was that due to a delivery driver being robbed in/around my neighborhood, they will never deliver pizza to my home. Not fair and entirely unacceptable that because of 1 robbery, my area is shut down from being delivered to. Terrible customer service.

Ridiculous! 1.I called in to place my order. In the middle of me placing my order the rep passed the phone to someone else withiut saying anything and I had to start my order over. They told me my order would br ready in 30 min.2. When I arrived to pick up my order 30 minutes later, they had no record of it; so I had to reorder and wait again. No apologies, no nothing. Very unprofessional.

This is absolutely the worst pizza hut ever. Not only was my pizza over 3. Hours late when I called to check on the delivery AGAIN they had closed and NEVER DELIVERED MY PIZZA. They refunded me the next day but then my unknowing friend ordered pickup from this pizza hut a month later and it was guess what... late again. They have monkeys working over there!! Never order from here!!

Terrible service, ordered delivery, waited an hour when they said 30 minutes, called to check on the order and they told me they dont deliver. They cancelled the order immediately after i ordered and when I asked if anyone was going to call me and let me know, they said "if they got a chance" because "they dont have enough people working." Dont give these people your money.

This is the best service they have..good pizza than others one. i have like 3 years coming to this pizzaria... is the best pizza i eat. i willl go every sunday moorning to bay may fresh and my own style pizza... good service and freandly ... i love pizza hut... like: food, service, atmosphere and the increible price... they always have a special every day

Very disappointed with lack of service. I placed an order 30 minutes before and when I arrived it still wasnt ready. The male employee had no clue what was going on and did not comp or accommodate me at all. We were in a rush too, so no time to wait for 2 pizzas to be made. I called and place the order online. Never again! Will not be back! :(

I would like to say I will never eat at the Hyde park pizza hut again on 3/30/12 I ate there and 3 hours latter I got food poisoning and its the only place I had ate and when I called and said something the lady tryed to tell me no that it wast there and she said thats not what I had OK are you a doctor hell no DO NOT EAT there

Standard pizza hut express. Employees make you food and get a paycheck. They like talking to each other, not sure about what though. I wanted to chat but felt excluded a little. Guess Ill always be a pizza eater and never a pizza maker. Sigh. The online ordering is the primary reason I go. Technology is fun like that.

Walk in to order and the kid slowly walks up to the counter with head phones in.(says absolutely nothing) I order a pizza and he is on his personal phone talking Spanish and just hands me a receipt. Terrible service and Ill never be going back and I suggest nobody goes there.

I Live in Brockton and when I want to eat some pizza from Pizza Hut this is the one I always go even tho I have one closer from the house But since I have such a great customer service I drive all way to Hyde park and get a fresh pizza Plus a great Service ! !

Absolutely AWFUL!!!! ATROCIOUS service, excruciatingly long wait for ONE pizza and they werent even busy! Didnt appear as clean as I would expect, and the manager seemed clueless!!!

Ive enjoyed a lot of Pizza Hut in my life, but the pizza here was disappointing. The extra sauce was skimped on and the pan crust didnt have the familiar crunch to it. It was soggy.
