the food is the same as any other panera bread, but the service is HORRIBLE. the place is run by a bunch of careless teenagers who have no regard for hospitality, decency, and ESPECIALLY customer service. i walked in to three employees standing around the register chatting, making eye contact with me while i was clearly waiting to be served, and continue on talking. once i was finally served after i let them finish their oh-so-important conversation, the cashier was, to be blunt, a snob to me. she rolled her eyes at me when i asked what she said after not hearing her, she sounded pissed in her monotone voice that she actually had to do a JOB, and waved me on without even a simple, "thanks," or "have a good night." the only reason i would choose this location is because of the convenience in distance from my school. the staff is not well trained and they act like brats.

Great food, Burt it is so cold, and they must pass their savings on buying slow internet to their food, because while the good is good and inexpensive, the internet is almost too slow to even use. And the music is too loud to listen to your own, unless you have quality noise canceling headphones. This usually isnt a problem, but since the soundtrack is so horrible, (some kind of pop/jazz/funky radio station, similar to what you would hear in something of a "progressive elevator mix") I cant stand to listen to it, and end up leaving the place mug earlier than I would like.

アメリカにいる時は、マジ使いができるパネラブレッド。どの街にもありますよねー。日本にもほしいですが、パンにうるさい日本人からしたらこの程度なら難しいかもしれません。海外に来て思うのは日本のパンのレベルの高さです。ただこちらにいる限り、オーガニックっぽい美味しいパン食やサラダがついたり、スープも日替わりのこちらです。

Really great management and service for an urban chain location. The manager Ive seen has no reservations about going above and beyond to help make each visit perfect. Once, I had a simple question about the ingredients of a smoothie, and she got out the entire recipe book to make exactly sure. Today, I ordered a soufflé from the app that hadnt finished baking in the store, so she offered to invent a new sandwich to replace it, matching the ingredients and even putting it on a croissant to resemble the soufflé. Go to this Panera!

If they had a zero I would click zero stars the cashier was rude the cook was rude and I did not get one item in my bang I had a 15 minute break and now they will not walking down the street 100 feet very unsatisfied with the manager as well I will never go back there. No I go through the rest of my shift hungry!

This is by far the worst Panera Ive ever been to in terms of customer service and experience. The employees are rude, slow and unapproachable. The food is constantly prepared incorrectly and the macaroni is often over cooked. Ive tried to speak to a manager about these issues but am usually given the brush off.

Places manager was rude and said the bathroom number was on my receipt and it wasnt they dont right it down on the receipt and this is a constant issue with these companies that they do not give out the bathroom codes and the food was horrible definitely would not recommend anyone to eat here its horrid

This is a great place for studying or catching up with friends. There is 2 floors for seating and is usually busy. If you are in a large group, get there earlier so you can get seats. But in all a great place for a meal at any time. You can also use dinning dollars at Panera, if you go to northeastern.

I frequent this location about 1-2 times a month and they consistently have problems. They are always out of something or screw up my order, and when theres a problem they make me wait in line again (often for 10+ minutes) after Ive already waited in line the first time.

Awful! They run out of chips. So runs out of chips. The soda had very little syrup in it. I couldnt even drink it. Sandwich was small. It tasted pretty good. Nothing to write home to Mom about.
