Vivaldi area chain restaurants Uno Chicago Bar and Grill never disappoint. The food is fresh and you know what youre going to receive a great meal at a good value. Generally the wait staff are very friendly and helpful. Beverage service is top-notch with a policy for the wait staff from their training by the company to make sure that if a customers beverage is less than half-full they automatically be refilled without having to ask. Have visited the local Unos Bar and Grill more than a dozen times over the years and have never been disappointed. In addition to the Food Service most Unos restaurants offer discount movie tickets for area theaters so if youre going to see your local movie be sure to stop in for dinner at the Unos restaurant 1st and you can get a substantial discount for the ticket price at the movie theater.

Disclosure, I use to work at a Uno Chicago Grill. My wife and I had a pizza there last week, the gluten free veggie. I asked for just mozzarella, which was not the case when the pie arrived (cold) and way over priced. I sucked it up and didnt complain, but who would I complain to since the bartender was no where to be found and never asked us how it was (he literally asked us 30 seconds after dropping off the pizza and none was eaten). My wife didnt care for it either, we went home and with in an hour we took turns using the bathroom. I wont go back and wasnt sure why I went in the first place considering I try to eat healthy all the time.

Ive been to this location a few times to play trivia. My husband and I always settle at the bar. Drinks are good and reasonably priced. We always get the 50 cent wings after 9pm on Wednesdays, and theyre absolutely delicious! Service has been excellent as well. The one and only issue Ive had is the cleanliness of the booths near the bar. They always seem a bit sticky. Not a big deal - it is a bar, after all. I recommend this place for a quick bite, drinks, or as a trivia location.

It was an awful experience I have ever had!!! I wont go there anymore! First of all, we had to wait for an hour to get our orders! It was not busy time, around 8 on Monday. The waitress didnt give us any clear explanation. Secondly my son got norovirous in the next morning! It was seriously bad. He couldnt eat anything for few days. Because he felt sick so many times, the virous got spread to others too. Entire family was dying from it. My son had a shrimp scampi by the way.

We stopped in after the movies. I got the personal pan with a ice tea and my partner got the personal thin crust. On my order they could have put a little bit more stuff in the pizza but was passable. For some odd reason it wasn’t as good as I have had before. But my ice tea was warm. It had cubes so I had to stir it. My partner didn’t care for their flat pizza and preferred another chain. Over all it was average

Hands down our favorite chain restaurant. Best value, best service, best environment (especially if you or someone in your party has a food allergy). Recently had an exceptional experience where our server Lindsay M was by far one of the best servers we have had. Thank you for such a great dinning experience.

The waitress Maura was just great! The food was good. The floors were slippery, like greasy.. They always are in the aisle next to the kitchen. Silverware always needs to be wiped clean, food tends to be expensive. The bathrooms stink. Besides all that? The wait staff is great!

I love it here! The food is pretty good and the menu is diverse. Only one complaint. I ordered water, received sprite. I sent it back (I hate bubbles) then ordered another water and it tasted like PISS! I think they got mad at me and my demanding orders. Whatevs, bye!

We ordered all you can eat pizza and they gave my friends and I, leftover pizza instead of fresh pizza. When we ordered, it took more than 30 minutes to come and we had to ask for it. Then they gave us cold food. I highly suggest not to go here. Please!!!

The servers talk and check there phones while Im waring for an order and get my dinner and desert incorrectly and I very disappointed in an elagqnt restaurant also charging me extra and chatting with other severs whilst Im starving

For a pizza place their pizza is horrible. The clam chowder is the only great thing on the menu in my opinion. The prices are too high for a chain restaurant and the portion sizes are small. Horrible value and mediocre food.
