Terrible, terrible customer service. We had late reservations to meet relatives from out of state who were staying nearby so we decided to choose this restaurant. We arrived before our reservation time only to be told that our name was not on the list. My wife explained to the hostess when we called (even verifying the number shown on her phone when she called) but the hostess only said she was not working at the time. My wife then glanced down at the reservation list and actually saw our name and pointed to it, to which the hostess said that was another party (we do not have a very common name). The hostess was very cold and did not care to hear anything my wife was saying, when I saw this I stepped in to ask what the hostess was planning on doing to fix this issue, to which she again only said, she was not working when the call was made so it was not her fault. She said “you can go to the bar and have drinks until something is available”, when I asked how long she said she did not know. I then asked if we were at least next to be seated to help alleviate the issue to ‘again’ she said it was not ‘her’ fault, she did not take the call. There was no apology, no trying to help with making this right, no apathy as to whether we were even there or not. At that point we did not even want to bother staying and we walked across the street to have a great experience at the Teppanyaki restaurant; great service, great food, at half the price. Wildwood has to realize that at the prices they are charging, customer service is a huge deal. There are a number of great steak houses in the area and my recommendation would be to go there instead. After our experience, I looked up other reviews and saw that we are not the only ones with bad customer experience here so I am including ours now too. We will never return, there are too many better choices close by.

Had my first cleaning this week with Dream Maid, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. I was able to get a price quote and schedule an appointment over the phone in less than 5 minutes. After, I was sent an email confirming my appointment and the price that I was quoted. I was even sent a reminder a couple days before the appointment. Very easy and convenient to have a record of everything. The cleaning Izabel and Lena showed up right on time at 9am, which I stressed to the customer service girl was important as I had to leave for work. I showed her around quickly, and she was extremely sweet and friendly. I left her to her business and told her to close the door behind her when she was finished (it automatically locks). After a long day, I got home at about 11pm and found my apartment smelling and looking awesome! The floors were shining, the counters were sparkling, and the bathroom (especially my shower) was looking better than they have since moving in! The cleaning was very thorough, especially the dusting which was desperately needed. I compared what she did to their online scoreboard, and she really hit every point! She even did a few extra things, such as folding up my blankets that I had left out, washing and putting away the few dishes I had left in the sink, and organizing and wiping down the storage rack in my kitchen. Ill definitely be calling them again.

We went there for a Birthday Dinner and it was a disaster from the get go. We were seated in an area where there was a very strong odor of a backed up drain. It was so bad that some of our guests were gagging. Then we were given flat soda which just made the whole experience even worse. We got our first appetizer which was the wildwood trio and that was not good at all. The pita chips were soggy and it did not taste good at all. We then requested to be moved. So we all ordered our main course at the new table and when my salad came out it had a hair right on it. So i was completely put off by this and did not eat it. Called the manager who was some young guy who was not helpful at all. So now our dinners arrive and the Prime Rib i order came with no dipping gravy, it was tough and Dry with no taste at all. In addition there was so much fat and grizzle on it, it wasnt even trimmed properly. This was $29, i wouldnt even serve this to my dog it was that bad. So long story short, the manager tried to comp out our desert which we said NO to. So we told him our bad experience and he decided to take 50% off our bill, which was $187!!!! I would not pay these prices for sub par food. We all left feeling disgusted and NOT happy at all. I and the entire party i was with will NEVER come here again. F- The health department should inspect this place!!

Went with friends for a birthday dinner. Not a good experience. The drinks were slow to arrive but no big deal. They got our appetizer order wrong and it took quite a while to bring out the replacement. Then dinner arrived and 3 out of 7 dishes were very over cooked. One re-fire came back and again was over done and the other two were under done. They said they would comp desserts. Then, to our surprise, they brought out a huge chocolate birthday cake! However, after the candles were blown out, they quickly whisked that cake away and then put two slices of chocolate cake in front of 7 people.... this was their idea of comping dessert for the table?!? We were never asked if we wanted dessert, nor were we given a dessert menu. Just two pieces of chocolate cake for 7 people when 3 meals were cooked wrong TWICE. I spoke with the manager who tried to explain how steak is cooked, assuming I didnt know. He also told me that they re-use that same chocolate cake for all birthdays. "Its what were known for" he said. I said, "wouldnt you rather want to be known for cooking steak correctly than for a fake chocolate cake?" In the end, they ended up taking off two appetizers and one meal.

Always looking for great, affordable restaurants in the Framingham/Natick/Marlboro/Sudbury area that are not the standard chains. We went this weekend, the place was dead due to the snowstorm. My husband, 4 year old and I met my sister, her husband and 2 year old. They were already seated when we arrived. The host stared at us silently as we arrived. I had to say hello first. I told him we were meeting others, and that they were already here. He know who they were. I noticed a place to hang coats to the right but before we could stop and get our coats of and do that, he whisked off to take us to the table. My husband had to go back and hang up our coats. The menu looked great, the food was great (I had petite filet mignon, he had Blue Cheese filet) but not phenomenal. Desserts were really good. We had two servers handling our party all night. They were pretty attentive, but forgot to come back and take the credit card after they dropped off the check-- annoying when you have two little kids getting really antsy. Overall, for the price, I would have expected even better service given they were not busy at all.
