Went with my wife when it was super busy due to all of the outages caused by the hurricane. The hour wait wasnt a problem at all, we expected it since everyone was out to dinner that night. Our problems started after we sat down. We noticed the 2 waitresses in our area were serving and attending to everyone EXCEPT us. People that had arrived 15-20 mins after us were being served drinks, and we didnt even get a "hello". We finally went to the manager, and she came and attended to us right away. We got our food after waiting about 40 mins, and then waited for our bill. After waiting another 30 mins, the waitress (Harmony) that completely ignored us (along with another waitress who must have passed us about 10 times) the whole time we were there came over, took our plates, and told me wife she would box up her leftovers. She came back with no leftovers, and handed us the bill. They had to nerve to charge us for EVERYTHING. Needless to say my wife marched over and told the manager about how poor the service was, and we walked out without having to pay a dime. Wont be going back here ever again.

14 July 2011, at around 12:20, we dined at this restaurant. $16 seafood combo didn’t even make me, a 140 pound Asian, feel half full. Especially when the server seemed to have very bad memory, and “accidentally” forgot the shrimp in my Salmon, Haddock and SHRIMP combo, and mashed potatoes in my son’s Sirloin and Shrimp combo. When we noticed that the mashed potatoes were mission, it was when we have almost finished all the food. When we did ask for the mashed potato, not only did the server reply without any sense of regret, she had the audacity to ask us if we still wanted it since we were already almost done with the meal. So not only did we not tip this “forgetful” server, we will also never visit this restaurant again.

I love their deep dish pizza. Often times lately, it is very dry. I have always loved the restaurant since it opened at this location around 1980. It is going downhill. I think they need to train their chefs. Often times, when I have gone to the restaurant to order takeout, there is no one there (the take out is at the bar ... no one there, can you believe it?). It doesnt seem to be as busy as it once was, dont they wonder why?

Lounge area is the best side for watching a game, drinking a beer special, getting half priced apps when applicable. Leeanne, Sean, Lindsey, and Adrian are all amazing and you wont be disappointed. It is a corporate restaurant, so the menu wont surprise you from any other UNOs, so its really the service that makes this place special (no offense to the kitchen).

This place is awesome! The food i so delicious, the staff is friendly, and they renovated the place to look sleek and modern. They have touch screen devices ("Ziosks") on every table so you can play games while you wait for your food and you can even order appetizers and pay your bill on it! Definitely an underrated restaurant in my opinion.

Kids night is a very good deal. 1) There are a bunch of kids there, so you dont have to feel bad that yours are noisy, 2) buy one adult dinner and get one kid dinner for free, and 3) crackers available at the soup station can help tide the kids over. Staff is very friendly and you can pay with the tablet thing at the tables when its time to go.

The server didnt really have an idea about the menu, the beer flights, or the daily deals. The receptionist did not even offer to seat us in the bar area. Apparently there are different daily deals in the bar area but no one at the restaurant seems to have an idea that theyre offering said deals.

Not crowded at all. Youll get a seat right away. Large portions and the best part is the self service payment device is available on your table. Moreover the option of splitting the bill or not is available on this device

Food was alright. Nothing special. I wouldnt go back for the food. Service was terrible. The place was next to empty but was to busy chatting with other waiters and waitresses to come by or refill our drinks.

After 50 minutes waiting for our dinner, we got the food cold and incorrect. The waitress never asked how was our dinner and even forgot to get cheese for the cold penne. One place I will not go back.
