Im not one to complain. I never send food back. But this was a complete mess. $17 dollars and 30 minutes for raw meat? I went to grab a late lunch here with limited time. I ordered a burger well done, to go. It took them 30 minutes to make a burger at 2pm- not exactly the lunch rush. Finally, I received the to go bag and ran to the car to make my next appointment. A few minutes later I found a completely raw burger in the bag. No idea what they were doing in the kitchen for 30 minutes, but I can say for certain it wasnt cooking that raw meat. By that time, I was far gone. I called the restaurant. They told me the manager would get right back to me. Needless to report, I never received a call. If I could rate the experience lower, I would.

We went there for Fathers day in June. Food is great as always, but I like Burtons in general. What stood out was the management process for kids with allergies. My 2 year old has a number of food allergies and they did an outstanding job managing the situation and relaying information to us. I got the impression that one of the managers is the specialist and is the one point of contact for relaying allergies to the chefs, food options, and even escorted the food to the table.

We had the best lunch and food at The Westford location. The hostess, all the chefs and especially Ashly our server were overly accommodating, professional and friendly. They all went out of their way to meet any special requirements you have. Our server, the hostess & chefs all double checked that we were completely satisfied with our seating, drinks and food. Never felt rushed and never had a better meal.

Very disappointed - made a reservation on Friday for 4 people to dine at the Westford location at 5:30pm the following Sunday. My Dad decided to join us so I called on Saturday to add 1 more to the reservation. Said they didnt have any reservation and now the earliest they could seat us on Sunday was 8pm. There are too many fine restaurant options around for this sort of poor management.

A little on the expensive side, but the food is worth it. Vegetarian options are great, though the black bean burger needed more texture and umami. Very respectful of dietary restrictions and choices. Flavors include elements from various types of cuisine. Full transparency of the kitchen. Upscale yet casual atmosphere, bit definitely dress nicely.

Nice place, great service! But personally i thought the food presentation was terrible. I ordered a burger. It came plain on a bun. Jusr the meat and a bun. I ordered a veggie on side. I got 6 pieces of broc. This burger was $15. They couldve put more effort in. It tasted good but too expensive for such little product.

While on business trip we stopped in for dinner, and the kitchen lost our ticket so it took them over an hour to bring out our food. They owned the mistake, and where very apologetic. We really appreciated their honesty and the food was really good. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Disappointed by the small shrimp in the shrimp cocktail. Also the price of the catch of the day risotto was out of line for scallops. Had the server told me, I would have declined. The server also cleared plates without asking while we were still eating.

Great food here. Plenty of fresh seafood and beef, as well pork, chicken, and vegan options. In the higher prices of casual dining, but quality and quantity are worth it. Excellent bar and wine available. Great, cozy, relaxed atmosphere.

Friendly staff and the food was very good. I got the fish sandwich which came with a generous piece of fried haddock. The batter was crisp and not too heavy. Only glitch was I had asked for sweet potato fries and got regular.

Beet salad was great. Salmon dinner was excellent. Key Lime pie was really outstanding. Had the fish tacos for lunch over the summer and was blown away. So far, Ive been more than pleased with each visit. Going again soon.

The food was ok but not spectacular. They made several mistakes with our order and the carrots that come with the kids meal were very poorly peeled. This isnt what you should expect at a place with these prices.

Upscale fine dining will make you feel cozy and warm. Go with the mai tai. Order the calamari to start off the night. Get the mediterranean chicken risotto or short ribs. End with key lime pie for dessert.

Burtons is great about allergy training for their staff. Their gluten free/paleo menu options are awesome. I appreciate not being stuck with a lame salad - hold the croutons - as my only meal option.

Always a good meal here, the menu changes every so often and they source a lot of the food locally. Theres outdoor seating and a great bar. Recommend making reservations for weekend nights.

Fantastic menu the gluten free onion rings were to die for. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free. Everything is prepared from scratch and you can yaste the cmittment to guality.
