Horrible service - walked in the host was missing for 15mnts asked a bust-boy he didnt even let me finish asking for the hostess, I walked in with a party of seven as a Hispanic family. The bust boy seemed aggravated, the hostess then approached "Christie" said to wait a minute she had to clean the table. She then continued to wipe down a booth where we absolutely would not fit, I asked to be seated elsewhere she said no there is no server working that area, I insisted and said we dont fit in that booth! Bothered (reading her body language) she slams all the menus on the table and says shell ask the manager, now 20 mnts later we are seated. After being seated, we wait 16 mnts for a server to approach, she slams forks and knives on the center of the table and begins to take our order, very rushed ! Long story short horrible service, lets see how the good will be . I have pics to follow !

Placed a order to go, drove from another town to pick it up. When we got home and opened the bag, one of the orders didnt have its side of mashed potatoes, and still had onions and tomatoes on it after we specified it not to be. The other order had its side but none of the toppings that was supposed to come with it, truly unsatisfied, spent that amount of money for 2 orders that were completely wrong and missing sides. I will never order from unos in smithfield ri, ever again. Absolutely terrible service a meal not even complete but i paid for it...unbelievable. when i called and told them all i got was a "oh jeez im so sorry"

I was there last night after a long day at work and met up with friends and family. I wasnt too hungry so I ordered a chicken salad. It turns out that I didnt read the details of the salad dressing which I dont like to have ever. I like my salad with no dressing. While checking out, I was too embarrassed to throw away the salad so I ask for the take out encasement so I can give it to someone else. The manager as well as the server insisted on giving me a new one. I was too tired and just wanted to leave. They took it off the bill without me ever asking. I will come back here more often.

Horrible, service for take out. will not be coming back. I placed my order at 11:50 AM, I was told it would be ready in 20 min. When i got to the restaurant at 12:15, the order was not ready, so I waited. The hostess said that they gave out part of my order to someone else and had to remake it. My order was ready by 12:50. The manager did not say sorry for the wait and I quote "Are you waiting for food, here is your food." When I got back to my office the food was cold, the fries stale. Do not order Take out from this place. If corporate sees this please fix this place.

Awful at noon..ribs cold..chicken not cooked well..had send burger back! Server nice but didnt get water refill..burger sent back three times..came back wo lettuce and tomato.Manager said chicken wings fine..they were shiny..not cooked.Sent some ribs..chicken home..ribs tough and dry.Very very disappointed. Have had same meal twice and was perfect!

Dirty dishes they only have one person doing it you know what that means once the dishes are clean the dish washer person that got his nasty hands on other dirty plates he is also putting away clean ones too trust me i worked there they didnt care if you was sick neither they have you work that how that game works.

The staff at this location go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. They often remember us and what our favorite drinks and meals are. Highly recommended. This is in the Smithfield Crossings shopping center.

Went out to Unos Smithfield, Manager "Gary" knows how to run a team. Our waitress "Helene" was wonderful and "Katie" well she was just all around great. Food was delicious and drinks even better. Great night out.

My credit card got charged way more than the bill came 2 .....took 2 days to get worked out and refund waitress gave herself a big tip....... If u eat here pay cash

Dont just go for pizza, the other dishes are excellent. For example I would put their steak up against other chains offerings any day. The staff is fantastic!
