I just waited 45 minutes for a take out order that I was told would be ready in 15 - 20 minutes. When the hostess/cashier asked the kitchen for a second time if they had my order, they pulled a box from the top of the oven that looked like it had been there awhile (it tastes like it too, now that Im eating it). The pizza is OK, but not worth the wait. The menu options apart from pizza are lacking. The only sides they have are two uncompelling salads.

First visit was excellent. Couple of weeks ago, I received a luke-warm cheese pizza. They warmed it up and they destroyed it. Today (8/27) I bought a cheese pizza at the Arlington branch again. It arrived BURNED!. It had the consistency of a 7/11 late night pizza. I love OTTO, but they need to get their stuff together at this new branch. Unorganized waitstaff and the cooks need serious coaching

The pizza is high quality-- cracker-thin crust and a decent (sweet) sauce. However, its rather expensive: a two-topping large pizza and two soft drinks is 30 bucks. Too expensive for a pay-at-the-counter place. Particularly for one that has dirty tables at 2PM when the place is dead quiet.

Friendly folks and good quick good food. I had the chicken parm dinner and my dinner companion had a custom order pizza. Food came out quickly and was well done. Decent price for the portions too.

Great pizza!!! Not a lot of places to sit at this location but very friendly staff. Order take out and pizza was so flipping good...try the potatoes, bacon, and chive pie...its the bomb!

I find Otto pizza to be both too dry and too greasy. But if you like brick oven style in general or the Ottos chain in particular, youll like this place! Not a lot of seating

Otto is at the top of traditional pizza you can get around Boston, but be prepared to pay way more than you would for the same pizza closer to NYC.
