So, everyone I interacted with was very pleasant, and did their best to.fix the.mishap(s.) that happened. Just from being there before my order was ready I could tell from observance that the staff was in a good mood ( smiling, happy batter with each other (( without being distracted)) I work three jobs and in between shifts I have a limited amount time to get to point B from point A while trying to get food in my system. Therefore, Paneras Rapid Order program seemed awesome. 1. It took longer than the timeframe given ( I accept this, Ive been there. Busy happens) 2. My food order was wrong when I received it ( I got a broth bowl combo ... and was.missing the broth bowl) 3. They remade it, initially telling me it wouldnt have lentils... but oh wait, we do!! So they remake my food. 4. I leave Panera and call my work to let them know i will be late . My order was placed at 3:10 and it is now 3:48( again, Ive been there ) 5. I get to my 2nd job,set up everything for open, and take a second to eat a few bites of this broth bowl... There is chicken. Im a vegetarian. 6. Ive been a veg-head for 13 years so finding meat in my food at the least makes me nauseous but usually makes me puke. 7. Guess what I did. No one was rude, but in the end run my order came out messed up twice and I was 30 minutes away and unable to call/ fix my order.

Went to this location today for lunch, the two women working at the front were incredibly rude. Instead of saying hi can I help you they just gave me a blank stare and said nothing until I spoke as if I was bothering her. She asked if I wanted a two for two thing and I was confused on what that was and when I asked her she said "THATS WHAT IM ASKING YOU..." they were also completely awful to a man waiting off to the side for a cup of coffee, he asked if it was ready yet because he had been standing there for 15 minutes and she yelled at him and said if he wants coffee hes just going to have to keep waiting! There was an elderly woman also waiting for a cup of coffee who they yelled at too and acted like she was a total pain. All the other employees were just standing around doing nothing and talking to each other. This is the second awful experience Ive had there, my boyfriend was working on a job up the street and would go there daily but stopped because the workers were so rude. Something tells me this wasnt just an off day, in the 15 minutes I was in there I saw them treat 4 customers horribly. Something needs to change!

Wow this is the dirtiest Panera Ive been to anywhere in US. Early Sunday morning, fruit still in soda dispenser from day prior, dried spilled coffee all over stand ... on counter, creamer containers, and trash home werent clean. Mens room was unclean completely. Nothing in there had been wiped in months. Couldnt imagine a father actually using the baby stand to change his childs diaper. While watching my bagel sandwich being made also noticed the work area was unkempt and not clean appearing as well. I wonder if this place has a checklist for closing. I have to stop. Gross place. Dont go.

Terrible customer service. I had a bad experience with this panera and tried to do the right thing and contacted customer service who informed me that the branch manager would contact me. A month later, no word so I reached out to them, still no response. So a THIRD TIME, reached out to make things right, "the manager will call you" . Nope, 3 months later, 4 emails later, no response. So much for customer service these days, this place sucks.

This is a comfortable place that I go to pretty much every Saturday morning around 8:30am, when its possible to have a booth and spread out. Friendly staff, never overcrowded. The cool air from the overhead vents can be a little much sometimes though; unfortunately this is the case in many restaurants these days.

This location is not the best, kind of older and run down PB. We live in Needham so this really the only option but having visited a number of other locations I can safely say the Needham branch is one of the worst.

Place has gone downhill since new manager started. Customer service lacks. I went from eating here every day sometimes 2x a day to once a wk or less. Order is not always accurate either
