There were plenty of cozy seats around the restaurant but they gave us a table that was brokened and glued back together. The Cajun Jambalya pasta that I have eaten many times and enjoyed was served in the worst quality. At first, the spaghetti was uncooked, so the waiter took our dish to make it better, but the food became worse than before-they just put more spaghetti in the dish, and made it feel like we were just eating plain old noodles. The leaves in the small green salad were all withery and somehow sour. I dont think I will vist this restaurant again, even if they would give out the food for free.

Hugely popular with suburbanites. The portions are huge. Pretty much the first and only thing that people say about this chain: the portion size. These stores are run efficiently and you get exactly what you expect and have received before. The huevos rancheros are alright (and you get a huge portion of them). The titular cheesecakes are terrible -- overly sweet with no tangy flavor notes. But the portions are big. Service is typically well-trained and done to corporate standard. Theres clearly an emphasis on this in the corporate culture -- to their credit.

I celebrated my mothers 84yr Birthday here! This was her 1st time and We loved it! The atmosphere was warm and inviting,the service started with our entrance in the door! They accommodated our seating seamlessly with a wheelchair access table thatmy mom asked where her chair was!! The server worked together as a team and the food came quick ,abundant ,Hot and Soo Delicious then we had the desert worthy Cheese cake!!! To die for! The price was so affordable that we made a plan to come at least once a month! Loved It !!

I would give a Zero if possible... Last night (11/4/2016) ordered 2 rib eye steaks.. MEDIUM.. And one again they brought up two thin burnt up pieces of meat.. That somehow they call Rib eye steak.. We did not return them.. Because we did not want to wait another 30 minutes. Truly Awful! If you cant make a steak dont sell one.. And dont ask "how would you like it made" please remove item from the menu since you obviously dont know how to make a steak

Overpriced food of really bad quality. Dishes named "skinny luscious" are fried and served with mayo! Lol You have to wait to get a table and then wait for not very tasty food. Not worth it. I tried salmon spinach rolls - they were old and over cooked. Salmon tasted like canned. Bad experience.

When we arrived we were told that it would be a half-hour wait, although there were many empty tables. Forty minutes later we were still not seated, although others who had arrived after us were already seated and eating. We wont be back.
