We eat at various Paneras and find the food for a quick meal 4 stars. Each location is different on the service and employee attitude though. Our last visit on a Friday evening was our worst. The Google note referenced this was historically a busy time for this location. 8 couples in line, 1 person handling counter. After waiting 10min a second person came out to help. This did help. No kiosk to put in a quick meal may be another option to help in these situations. Thet ran out of table beepers, were supposed to call name. Never called name so we waited while food was sitting there in front of us. Lots of table keepers at kitchen no one thought to bring them to the front. Same person who came out to help at counter came out to get dishes. This was a VERY NOISY affair. He did not have to throw plates and silverware around, just place them in the tray.

probably the worst panera in the area, i order every week once a week through the online order the same exact thing. So you would think it would be easy to get right. But it seems every time i order something is missing. It really is unacceptable and disappointing when you pay extra for something vital to a meal like a chicken cobb salad and they forget the chicken ??? or paying $2 extra just for quinoa or avocado and they cant remember it. It is really disappointing when the one job is to remember the ingredients that are listed on a piece of paper but the employees cant even take the time to double check them. I would not want to write this if it happened once or even twice but it has happened constantly on a weekly basis it is really a shame.

food quality is way down over the years. I iust ordered an "italian" and almost vomited. 3 slices of meat and loaded with wierd cheeses and sauces, i still want to throw up 45 minutes later . I honeslty dont think i can ever go back to another panera.... besides the fact that it smells like a soup kitchen with cheap Sysco college food coupled with cleaning detergent. the Italian combo 5 years ago was awesom!!!! It had hot peppers and everything, now its a disgrace to an Italian sandwich. it was also very very soggy because of all the bs they put on it to make it taste better. they arent even getting coffee rught: Usually out of cream and sugar at the coffee station. This annoys then crap out of me because its every single day.

This is a message for the line crew I used to be a trainer at panera and i can tell this cafe needs some work 3 days in a row now ive gotten watermelon feta salads. Which I have also had from other cafes and they were much better. (The mint was in giant chunks, there was a random piece of chicken and roasted edamame blend that made its way into my salad, and the dressing has wayyy more pepper than usual to the point where its unejoyable. Also I have way less watermelon than I did yesterday. People pay a good amount to eat at panera. Put effort into the food as if you were going to eat it. Management and trainers need to step their game up.

This review is based on several trips to this Panera location. Its a Panera. Its in a plaza with a few other stores... the location is still new to a lot of people so sometimes people have trouble finding it. The parking lot exits take a little getting used to. The food is Panera food, and the coffee is Panera coffee... in other words its more expensive than fast food but I think its better too. I always get their latte and, especially if one gets it in a mug, it is far superior to diner coffee. Definitely recommended on a par with any area diner, and better than most!

This place doesnt deserve one star! The food is good but the manager, Tim, was rude on the phone and when we picked up our sandwiches, they must have thrown them in the bag because they were all apart in their boxes. We paid $30 for 3 sandwiches that were a mess. Not going back ever.

I wasnt pleased with the service. My order was wrong a few times and items were missing. I think it would be better if the majority of workers that work there werent high school kids. You can tell that they dont pay attention to what there doing.... Sorry but you lost my business....

This panera is very nice with quick service and a nice environment. All the staff are very personable and easy to talk to. The fireplace makes it a nice spot in the winter. Not as high tech as other Paneras.
