Anyone who goes to this place watch out for a woman by the name of DENISE!! EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional!! She didnt give me a chance to move things around in my car (which didnt take long) before she handed the food out the window. She kept staring/smiling at me like she had a problem!! I then pulled off and realized she gave me all 3 of the wrong dtinks since she rushed me. I go inside and a nice lady helps me out. DENISE sees that Im back and replied "did you get the wrong bag" I replied "no, all of the drinks are wrong", Denise replies "where are they" AS I EXPLAINED I HAVE SOMEONE HELPING ME OUT, SHE HAS MY RECEIPT. Then she went back to the drive thru window where she should have stayed. She is a horrible worker and I would watch your food/drinks. She might try to do something to it as she did with me and my children. Will NOT be going back to that LOCATION. Owings mills is way better!!

Great food, iffy service. I go to Chick fil a all the time. Today, we ordered our food and sat down. I then realized I forgot to ask for a FREE water cup. I went to the front of the line and asked (since I already waited once, and water doesnt require a transaction since its free). The worker told me I would need to wait in line. After protesting, they gave me the water, but it was really bad service considering I had just stood in line and the worker had seen me in line. I wont stop going to Chick fil a, but more incidents like this and Ill go to the one further down the road.

I gave this rating 3 stars because i was kinda disappointed yesterday 2/18/16 around late afternoon i ordered a number 1 meal the waffle fries were amazing i was disappointed with the main part of the meal which was the Chicken Sandwich i wasnt aware that there was suppose to have pickles on a chicken sandwich... ( I dislike pickles as i had taken them off it still gave my chicken sandwich a very disgusting taste from the leftover pickle juices) warning anyone who dislike pickles that about sums up my review

Just got our order here, and I am beyond impressed. We walked inside because the drive through was full, only to discover there was a massive line inside as well. In the end, our entire wait in line and wait for the order was a grand total of 5 minutes. The line moved quickly, the service was friendly, and by the time we got our straws our food was ready. This is how fast food should be done. Not to mention takes much better than McMystery Meat.

Dont think the employees should be acting up while serving Chenele was flipping her hair around all over the counter while bending over. The girl with the short black hair was trying to get the guys to throw fries at her. Manager was in the safe and didnt even acknowledge they were acting up. People waiting in line had to wait while they were joking around

Fast service, even though there was a line. The food was delicious, and the place is clean. Theres also a drivethru that works smoothly. Im always pleased with Chick Fil-A. Even the bathrooms keep presentable. Also, the workers are polite and helpful. They even bring you your food to the table. The music is pleasant, so it is a good place for the family.

I went in around 10:30am and ordered a 12 - piece Grilled Chicken nuggets. They were short staffed and brisk about getting my order. I got the food quickish, but when I got back to work, I found I only received a 9-count. They shorted me three nuggets. I paid for 12. Otherwise, food was fine. Service was not good.

Worst Chickfila restaurant I have ever been too. A mean old lady that works there made my baby girl cry and when I complained to the manager, she did nothing. I will never use this location again. EVER. And I tell everyone I know to avoid it. Unless you like it when your children are mistreated, dont go here.

Friendly service but they are always so busy--the drive thru line makes it nearly impossible to get in and park and get out. Ive gone there several times on my lunch break and left before going in because I cant afford to get stuck in the parking lot and be late getting back to work.

Never waited in line longer than 5 minutes here no matter how long the line that get you through that get you done I really dont like that everybody says my pleasure cuz you know its not their pleasure yummy food you get what you pay for here

Cant make a half sweet tea half lemonade. The one woman who works drive thru always cuts you off n rushes you. Most of the tine she forgets something or messes the order up.

3pm weekday visit with my wife. Only 1 cashier taking orders with a line if people waiting. Very stingey with giving out sauce but the food was hot and delicious.
