STAY AWAY! I went inside, stood there for at least 5 minutes waiting to order but NO ONE would help me. All these employees just kept looking at me but ignoring me, never once even said "hi" or "Ill be right with you." After a few more minutes I yelled out "can I order please??" & finally someone came to the register. I ordered my 4 tacos and it took 14 minutes (the receipt had the time on it). While waiting, another patron came in and left cursing under his breath after not getting any service. The person I thought was the manager put the bag in front of me on the counter and walked away. I wasnt sure if it was mine but peaked in to see 4 tacos so I left. Got home (30 mins away) and saw the damn things were beef, not chicken like I asked for. The receipt clearly says it too. Thats it... this place is a ghetto POS waste of space. I cant believe its in business & even more stunned that these ppl keep their jobs. So as the guy that left while I was waiting put it; "F*** this place."

It is a shame this place use to be the best taco bell around. 8 years ago. Now its the worst. The food is thrown together, sloppy and every singe time my order is wrong. I have to go inside to make sure the order is right. Even it the count of tacos is correct they still cant read the fine line of whats on the item. Its freezing cold in the winter in the lobby and hot in the summer. Not one to complain but by far the worst place to eat in Mt airy. Beware of night time. Nothing but kids/workers and a playground for the employees and always of of 3 or more items. Close early also ... I better stop now or I can go on forever.

My friends and I had a craving for tacos on a Friday night around 11, checked the hours here and theyre open to midnight. Upon arriving at approximately 11:15pm the drive thru machine told us they were closed. We circled around and checked the hours posted on the door, that too said they closed at midnight. We tried the drive thru again and we were once again told it was closed. There was a large truck sitting at the drive thru window so we couldnt ask the people who were at the drive thru window what was going on. Needless to say, we were pissed that we werent able to get our below average tacos. Screw this Taco Bell

My friends and I came to this taco bell for a late night snack. The employees proceeded to throw sauce packets at the drive thru window. Then another time we had gone to the taco bell late. There was one person working the back room and lines of people inside and in the drive thru. This is the slowest taco bell you can possibly go to. They make great food if you want to wait an hour and a half to get it.

Worst service ever and gets even more worse everyday. They are very slow and half ass the food every trip. More and more lately something is missing on every trip. The last trip in the woman was extremely rude at the drive thru and completely messed up our order while ordering. We left after that and not to sure we will be back. I would rather drive to frederick.

I gave no stars because the service is the worst ever here and the people are rude and disrespectful....the manager is the worst...when I told him that he needed to set some organization in the kitchen he said he didnt care and I told him, exactly thats why theyre all messed up. Never will I go there again. Customers were walking in and out.

This location is absolutely amazing.... at messing up everything I have ever ordered, ever. Ive never gotten home with exactly what I actually ordered. just ordered chicken tacos and got home with tortillas filled with mushy disgusting potato lumps. I literally cant think of a time they have ever gotten my order right.

Taco bell.. the place where you can stand in line for 15 minutes and have every employee look at you, then wait another 15 minutes before your order is taken with an attitude from said employee.. will most likely get your order wrong as well.

Bought three chicken burritos, all were steaming hot, and I didnt have to wait. The diet Pepsi tasted a little off. Very reasonably priced. For the three burritos and soda, it was around six dollars plus some change

So upset with this Taco Bell. I stopped going because they ruin my order every time. When you try to call then, they dont pick up. Needs new management. Messes up order every time.

The table was dirty we sat down at, not much room for 2 restaurants combined, had to correct the cashier on our order, and the Baja blast is watered down too much. Food is okay though.

Its very clean. The food is also usually made well. Sadly the baja blast does seem to be mixed right, its a little off compared to the others.
