I would like to start off with how ridiculous this restaurant is. My mother just died a few days ago and my cousin flew in from Hawaii and my aunt from Minnesota and my brother drove 2 hours from Pennsylvania and we tried to sit down all together as a family to enjoy a family dinner. We called way in advanced with how many people and what we wanted and we were sat at 2 separate booths across from each other. This place has no parking and the waiting and crowds are ridiculous and I am very upset with this place and Im not giving up getting this restaurant handled and until something genuine is done about it. I will come in every night and call the fire Marshall and anyone and everyone I have to until something is done here. This place will never get a good review from me or anyone else that I know. I want this restaurant shut down and I wont stop until it is. Dont think I wont. I dont want some fake representative calling me and offering me some coupons or discount either.

I went here for my boyfriends surprise birthday party of 12 people. Everyone was so kind! The hostess on the phone told me that she would accommodate such a large party (if youve been here youll know its a bit tough sometimes) and did everything she was able to make this smooth and easy. The rest of the host stand was so sweet and helpful! The server (Amber I believe) was SUCH a great waitress! We had a few unexpected guests arrive and she made us all feel welcomed. She was patient, attentive, and got everything right despite some confusion on our end. Between our server, the host stand, and our food I couldnt choose which I loved better! Great place to go and definitely recommend!

I star bc the service stinks. 4 star for the food. Ever hear that expression, "Service with a Smile"? Well, apparently our waitress, Amber never did. She acted like it was a bother to take our orders. Another girl with short blonde hair (at least she was smiling) brought our meals out and asked me twice if I would cut my steak to see if it was to my liking. I told her if shed give me a second while I place my phone down I would. Seems like most of all of the TRH employees need to take a course in old fashion customer service, Lord knows it couldnt hurt. I could spend my hard earned $ somewhere else where Id be treated with respect.

Several days five stars but last night I need star. We left gloves, hat, all food to go outside. Came back food cleared, no discount for waiting. Attitude from checkout waitress when I asked for breakdown of bill... sadly only gave 10% tip, 10% discount for staying at Days Inn. Pictures show really five. Oh, manager told me not to sit with table I was invited to sit with and last night we went outside and got locked out... our one drink cost $10, man wanted 2 shots, but seems pricey. Need lower prices on drinks and to retrain the waitress who took my bill last night on being polite or fire her for being rude.

Horrible experience!!! W called in for call-ahead seating and were told 20 minutes and were given a confirmation number. We arrived 10 minutes later and were told that I had already checked in. Obviously we had not. Then we were handed a restaurant call monitor and were asked to wait. As we walked away, they told us they could seat us immediately - JOY! Then, we were told to sit back down. OK, after finally getting seated about 15 minutes later, it took 1 hour and 10 minutes before we were served our main course. What a nightmare. Go to the Hanover Texas Roadhouse. Dont waste your time at this one!

For the 3rd time i have gone here and been served cold food. However, the crown jewel of this experience was the first time i ordered a burger from this establishment i was asked how i liked it cooked, ordered it Medium-Rare. Was served a well done burger. When i told the wait staff that my order was wrong, i was replied with oh its only served medium well or well done. Would of not ordered the food had i known, but how bad do you need to be to deliberately serve people things you know they didnt order. The manager did come by and remove the food from the bill, but i think im done with this location.

My family has eaten at Texas Roadhouse and enjoyed the meals. Found the steaks to be just what we ordered until we went to your restaurant on Fathers Day. Our meals on Fathers Day were the worst meals we have ever had at your restaurant. Our order was mixed up with another table. The steak I ordered came late and was tough. I brought the balance of meal home for the dog. Will reconsider before I return to your restaurant. This was on June 15, 2014 - Fathers Day

After coming here for many years had a bad experience tonight. We had our 19 month toddler and I told them I needed a high chair. First they bought a booster seat which doesnt work and then a table high chair not a real chair. I was told that was the best because we would be blocking traffic with a real high chair. They jammed two additional tables which is the only reason it would be blocking access. We will never be back

In the mood for steak? Come to Texas Roadhouse! The appetizer rolls are so warm and soft! I ordered the fried pickle appetizer and it was amazing! The steak is lean and juicy! The service is terrific too! This is the perfect place for the whole family! Kids night is every Tuesday with a balloon man that comes to the table and a sundae bar! I recommend this place for sure!

For some retarded reason they don't let you call ahead with a party larger then five so we were sitting around for a hour with 7 kids. By the time we were seated the kids were in a bad mood and so were the adults which brought down the whole experience. The overpriced food didnt help. Also waited an hour for food after ordering. Not coming back

Expensive, Packed, tasty. If you call ahead and prepare to wait this restaurant can give you quiet the well cooked meat, be prepared to open your wallet a little deeper than some other steakhouses though. if you join their mailing club a few days before your first trip you can get a free appetizer in your first email.

My favorite entrée is the barbecue roasted half chicken. Comes with two sides and its plenty to fill you up for under $12. The free and unlimited peanuts make for a nice appetizer, if you dont want anything else. Unlike some of the other reviewers, Ive never had an issue with service or being served cold food.
