The best pizza turned into the WORST!! pizza ever. I asked for cheese crust and somehow that was not clear enough for them to understand that I wanted, what they call "stuffed crust." When I the pizza was delivered I called back and told them what the problem was. They said I would have to pay more if I wanted cheese crust when I clearly asked for cheese crust the first time. I was really hungry, so I said fine Ill pay and then I was put on hold for 10 minutes!! Finally, they picked up and as I spoke with them over the phone they laughed in the background and then the guy who took my order took the phone and spoke to me. He argued that I never asked for cheese crust. Just to be clear, I never insulted nor said anything rude to the guy when he suddenly said "Im not one of your friends or your brother so dont talk to me like that," then hung up on me. I tried calling several times but they never picked up. It seems like they dont take their customers seriously. I will never again order from this location and I will make sure I spread the word. Even the pizza that was delivered was EXTREMELY SALTY and the crust was burnt. Worst experience I ever had. "Great customer service"

I cannot remember the last time I had a bad experience here. I honestly think most of the extremely negative comments here are bogus. We live in the neighborhood and have not had any complaints worth mentioning. The food always arrives hot, correct and with a friendly smile whether we order for pick up or delivery. I witnessed first hand how rude customers can be especially during the super bowl promotions most pizza places have every season. Although they may have been short staffed and perhaps underestimated the huge turn out for the promotion, I thought the manager and employees handled themselves with stellar professionalism and compassion to those who were waiting patiently. There were some very rude and profane comments from the "adult" customers who should be ashamed of themselves for speaking the way they do not only in public, but in front of their own children. The staff at the Norbeck Road Pizza Hut handled it with class and did their best to accommodate everyone. Simply, not a negative thing to say here.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I ever called they told me 30 minutes to 40 minutes for my delivery pizza and the delivery was more than an hour I call them spoke to the manager she told me she was short on drivers that there was only one driver , so I told I dont want pizza she was telling me that she was going to send a driver I told her I didnt want a cold pizza , if you guys want a better pizza call dominos pizza or Papa Johns which to get better business skills in this pizza place

Ordered pickup in the moning and i was told it would be ready at 11:30. I arrived there at 11:30 and the sign says" open at 11:00 am till 11:00 pm", and it was still closed. I waited outside for an hour and no one came outside to ask or check if I was there to pick up or order. And my order was ready when i arrived.

I order a pizza hut like 50 minutes ago and when I did that they say just waiting for 30 minutes and u calling buck few minutes back and I ask what happened whit my order and that people inspect they have say. You dont did it any order. That people are very bad. they need training again

What can you say - its a pizza Hut. The pizza is greasy and hard to eat. There was only one person working in the whole place so food waiting in the over while they answered the phone.

Most of the 2 star and below raters are all impatient fools. Wait for your food to be delivered you ignorant children. Its worth the wait anyways, the pizza tastes phenomenal.
