So I must share this amazing act of kindness. Yesterday my mom mentions to me that she was thinking of going to her favorite restaurant today, Olive Garden, to treat herself on Mothers day. My mom lives in Maryland and is spending this day by herself (and its her first Mothers Day since my grandma passed away). Around midnight last night I had the bright idea to call the Olive Gardens restaurant in Owings Mills and asked if they delivered. The amazing young lady that answered the phone, Cassie Dadzi, said they did not. Being that I live in Miami, I asked Cassie if she knew of any delivery company that I could hire and explained how my Mom was going to be alone on Mothers Day and that I did not know anyone that could help me. Cassie immediately said that even though this was not a norm, that she would find a way to help. She asked me what I wanted to order which was a Chicken Parmesan and salad. I went to give her my CC and she refused it saying that it was on the house and that she would find a way to have the food delivered, that I did not need to worry about anything and that she would take care of it. Even after I insisted she refused to take my CC. This afternoon my mom received a special delivery of her favorite food and in addition Cassie added an Ice Tea, soup, bread sticks and a chocolate cheesecake. If that was not already enough my mom was also given a $20 gift card and Cassie added a personal note saying that the meal came from me and wishing her a Happy Mothers Day. I can honestly say I am floored by Cassies and Olive Gardens generosity. Cassie truly went above and beyond and is an Angel in my eyes. Cassie thank you for making my moms day so special. You are a true Angel and have made be believe that there is still good in this world. If you are ever in the area of Olive Garden, 6 Restaurant Park Dr, please stop by and give Cassie a BIG hug and a thank you for me.

When you show up at with 5 hungry people, wait a half hour to get a table, the get served poor cuisine, and NO cuisine, you tend to get a little miffed. The server was spot on with drinks, delivered wine, waters, and sodas. We ordered three entrees, a soup and salad, and just salad. Sound difficult?? Well, evidently it was. My mother got served a shrimp dish that she didnt order and I never got my soup. Now you would think that was it, but when I had ANOTHER server come to check on us, I again asked for my bowl of soup. It NEVER arrived. So now TWO servers have botched up my evening out. Then the manager comes at the end of the meal to check on things. When I tell him of my dismay...he offers to GET ME SOUP?? NOW?? The meal has ended, I did my part as the customer and thats your response? I replied "Of course not, we are leaving, they have all finished their meals." When the bill comes, ITS ON THERE! SERIOUSLY?? They did take it off, but still charged us for their errors and never even offered a free glass of wine .Brains are DESPERATLEY needed at this location. The servers are too busy chatting with each other about their social lives or checking their hair and make-up(As I witnessed twice while scanning the room for my server to ask for my soup). It pains me. We wanted a fun evening at the Garden and got jipped. I usually LOVE OLIVE GARDEN.....NOT THIS ONE. I hope you have better luck than we did.

Its below average - the kind of place you go as a last resort or when youre just bored to death of everything else. I used to LOVE Olive Garden, and eat there every other week. Over the years the food has slowly devolved, and has become very bland and simple. Theres almost no Italian flare left. The place still looks great, but the food is, well, full of sadness. The salads and bread sticks are the only reason to go there now. On a bad day I can whip up a meal that tastes more Italian than anything on their menu. I will actually use fresh herbs in my sauces, sauté the fats, infuse my flavors, salt the boiling pasta, develop the aromas, and thats when Im just quickly whipping-up a meal for me and my wife after a long day at the office! Olive Gardens food tastes like it was poured from a can, heated, and served. No taste. I wouldnt be surprised if someday I got ketchup on my spaghetti.

6 Restaurant Park Dr N, Owings Mills, MD 21117 I really like this place to my family too, but the fact that it is not the last time we went to lunch all leave with normal good lunch and asked the count and we withdraw from place when the term of ten minutes my wife realized that I had his phone had seen when she used the restaurant to look for something on the wed and put it on the table, well I made some phone calls and other phone I had off. I went inside and asked the staff if someone saw my phone to which said no, came the manager and explain what was happening she went backwards into the kitchen and returned said there was nothing I had looked everywhere and no could do anything, finally stole the phone in place and there is no other way to say it, I hope not to return by here

Me and my gf Came here on a slow day , they had us seated.. everything was going ok. So 25 mins pass no one came to our table . So my gf got frustrated and ask the person in the front if somebody was gonna take our drinks and order. He said we are sorry somebody be with you right now. 10 mins later still no one.....Until a guy came over and said sorry we are short staffed....REALLY!!!! on a slow day which barely had 10 cudtomers in the restaurant. So he took our drinks and we ask can we star with an appetizer? He said yes you may but I cant take your order until another person was coming cause his shift has ended. So I went the F off cause they got us waiting for 30-40 mins..when in that time we should have been done with our food...NEVER EVER COMING BACK. WORST SERVICE EVER

Once again I had a great time with my friends at the Olive Garden. As always Jason Murphy was great and he is always help full. I will continue to bring my friends and family there. Now I will say that because this place is still so new some times the service is longer then necessary. However Jason made it better. A little friend of mind spilled my drink into my food that I was going to take to go. Jason comp. me another meal. Chocolate Martini and pasta not really a good combination. I think that even with some of the flaws this will still be a good place to take family and friends. Not to mention I had a good time at the bar as well.

First let me say it is 4th of July, so I was expecting grumpy employees. We walked in and were immediately greeted with a smile. I dont know the hostesses name, but she has pretty light blue painted nails. Right after we were seated Travaz (Not sure if that is how it spelled) greeted us. He rocked! His fun personality from beginning to end was awesome! I hope that one of the managers sees this, because he definitely deserves recognition. We left full and with a smile on our faces. I could really go on and on, but good service is so hard to find now a days. Another waiter that was in the same section was also pretty spunky. Thank you!
