My family and I have been frequenting this establishment for years. We stray away for a while after a bad experience, but always return in hopes of a better one because my wife and I like Bob Evans restaurants. Unfortunately, this was another bad experience of lack luster service. The food was okay, and the staff couldnt help that our orders were put in separately. What they COULD help was to either have silverware on the table at least when the food arrived. They put food in front of my three children without silverware and walked away. I had to go to the front to ask the greeter for silverware, who proceeded back to a hidden location just to get our table silverware. This could only be accomplished after asking me if this was for here or to go. The food arrived slow just like last time we were there and taking away our dishes or bringing us drinks was only asked after I already finished eating.

I went to Bob Evans after being in the Memorial Day Parade in Westminster. I am currently serving in the military and was in my uniform during my visit. When it came time to pay the check I asked if they offered a military discount. I was told there was no discount for military members, not even on Memorial Day. A man who was paying his bill heard the conversation and told me he thanked me for my service and then payed my bill for me. I told him he didnt have to do that but he insisted. I sincerely thank him for the kind gesture. As for Bob Evans, I am very disappointed.

This is a great place to get breakfast anytime or dinner. Breakfast and lunch usually crowded. Well worth the wait. Dinner we have just walked in and been seated. Wait staff is good but sometime forgetful at breakfast and lunch. Only problem I found with this place is. Some days the chocolate milk refill is free then the next time we go back they charge. It never the same each time we go. Seems to be servers choice. So we order tea and coffee. Other then that its a great place.

Bean soup not hot. Almost cold. Hsve to wait for new wgile my wife is eating her dinner. She asked for butter for her bread... still has not come. We come her often. Usuall25 stars. This evening... maybe 2 stars. Also I originally ordered chili. Did not have any. So bean soup was my second choice. Also, vbiwl did not appear full, but server insisted that it was. Not the happiest of experiences. Still no butter for my wifes bread. Sorry.

They need to keep there bathroom clean better. Lowes and Home Depot bath are a lot cleaner. The water is not warmer to clean hands before people return to work. The manager need to check behind the jobs workers do. It should take at less a hour to clean bather right and that both bathrooms. The health department need to chech on all place that sell foot more. They also need to check on how hot the water is to wash hands.

Ive been coming here for many years since I was a small child. The new wait staff Im not so happy with. There used to be better service here. If youre in a hurry (have an hour only) dont come here. Its very slow even when they arent busy unless you get an older waiter/ waitress. The food is always amazing at good prices. Just like I said wish there was better service.

Great family restaurant, with friendly, efficient servers, and bright atmosphere. Food always very tasty. Generally easy access and parking, but often quite busy. Bathrooms kept regularly cleaned. Staff does good job seating people fairly quickly that are waiting, even when crowded. An enjoyable eating place to return to any time of day.

Tried the new lemonade bread. It was delicious, moist and tangy. Taste like lemon cooler cookies. Would of given 5 stars but my waiter was slow and not very attentive. Entree of fried chicken, mashed potatoes with chicken gravey and green beans was superb. No room for dessert. Used coupon and made it a perfect meal.

Warm friendly environment, great homestyle diner atmosphere. Our server was very friendly and got our order perfect. Wasnt perfect - sugar crumbs on table, coffee was not incredible and over priced ($2.19 for a crappy cup of coffee!?)- but other than that very quiet, peaceful! All the staff was very friendly.

Its ok here, not the greatest service. Very slow. one thing I dont like is they will bring half your meal to you while you wait for the second half. Our last visit here they brought me half my meal and we sat there for 5 minutes waiting for the rest of mine and my wifes meal.

Shown to table right away. Took almost 10 minutes for any server to acknowledge us. Server never did introduce herself . Not friendly . Mixed up the order then forgot parts of it. Never apologized. Blah experience today. July 22. Approx. 230 pm

Arrived at 7:15 am. 40 minutes is too long to wait for eggs and pancakes, when youre one of ten people in the restaurant, ten people not ten tables, and orders after yours that are steak and eggs are completed first. Wont waste my time again

Ive been here a few times over the past several years and Ive never been disappointed. Tried their "Strawberry Bread" today and its more like a cake type of bread, kind of like banana nut loaf, but strawberry instead!

A great place to have breakfast for dinner with your grandparents if you like to drink whatever you ordered from a mason jar. 1 star deducted for compulsory mason jar usage. But the omelet was tasty.

Food is good but service isnt great. Good takes forever to come out. They dont always acknowledge you when you walk in so you wind up standing by the door for a while in awkward silence.
