well , i ordered pizza on the phone , lady picked up my phone, she took our order for 2 medium pizza, i also stated that i have $5.99 coupon that i would like to use.She was YAWNING on the phone, literately.i thought that are not that busy so i guess thats ok. Next i went to pick up my order, A black girl , with tatoo on her both arm,served me, i gave her my coupon stated her i have $5.99 for 2 medium pizzas that i ordered, she tore the coupon from coupon paper and guess what? she forget to put it in! i mean how more specific can you be? she gave me receipt to sign and it was supposed to be 12.80 something,she gave me 21.20 charge on card.wth?when i told her that pizza is suppose to be $5.99 , she didnt say sorry this was my mistake , she just calls her manager , who was seems to nice lady refunded my money but it was not about 21-22 minutes that she refunded on my credit card and by that time my pizza was sitting on table getting cold,If you still go in this pizza hut make sure that you state that guys TWISE that you have coupon, they really dont care about customer.i only gave 2 star because of manager seems nice to me at least and she said sorry to me but the main culprit didnt made any eye contact to me nor said sorry to me.well if you provide your customer with that kind of service how can you be succeed ?

I must say that im not impress at this pizza hut a few weeks ago I ordered online at 8:30 and it said my pizza would be at my house by 9:15 which is fine. But it wasnt till 11:15 ish till the pizza got to my house . So I wrote to Corp. Then I went to the restaurant itself and the people were just rude to me because i got a coupon with a free pizza and the young lady who waited on me said to another person make sure these are hot I dont want anymore complaints and I dont know if that was directed to me but that was right to say and when she proceed to give me my pizza with attitude and open it and said does it look good. what bad customer service i mean i am not one to complain i work at a campground so i know how people can be but still.

So we get here and they are out of pan pizzas. We ordered the box special and the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks came out together. The bread sticks were cold and hard. The server looked at us like we are stupid when we ask about what they are going to substitute for the kids menu items and we waited 30+ mins for the food.

Waited (45) minutes for a cold pizza. Food was terrible. Service was horrible. Restaurant was dirty. Telephone was also ringing off the hook (obviously orders) and went totally ignored. I have patronized this business for years but no more. By-pass Pizza Hut-Salisbury.

we ordered a stuffed crust pizza and when it came wasnt stuffed crust and also ordered two dozen boneless wings and recieved one dozen bone in wings and were charged for what we ordered but didnt recieve!! The manager was a jerk and woudnt give us any satisfaction!

I went for a late lunch and my pizza and garlic bread with cheese were delicious, right out of the oven. The customer service was outstanding!! I was waited on by 3 people. All super friendly and courteous. Hard to come by that these days. I will definitely return!

My family and went to eat on July 13,2016.while we were waiting on our food we noticed a pizza maker going to the bathroom with his apron stil on.I went in after him and he was standing at the urinal holding the apron to his chest.

Horrible experience. When the pizza arrived, it looked like it had been tossed around during the ride, and they gave me the wrong soda and I found what looked like tiny white bones in my slice of pizza! Digusting!!!

On 5/29/16. I ordered the $6.99 2 pizza deal wow I get there they only made 1.I had to wait for my second one.The pizza was horrible I learned a lesson stay away fom Pizza Hut they should be shut down

Waitress was pleasant, the kitchen was incredibly slow. They had processed 10 take out orders before ours and it took over 40 minutes to getany food. Will not come here or order from here ever again.
