Our waitress shrugged and said "OK, then" in a patronizing way when I asked for waters for myself and my two children. She was obviously annoyed that we didnt order more expensive drinks. We ordered three of the individual pizzas (great idea, by the way!) and she asked if we wanted to order cookies to go with them—a rather bizarre request. I said wed wait until the kids had eaten their pizzas to see if they were still hungry. I thought that would be the end of the matter, but she insisted we could take the cookies home with us. I repeated that wed wait until the kids had eaten before deciding. She looked really pissed off, and which point I explained that wed be eating elsewhere. She asked why, and I told her it was because of her attitude and pointed out the specific things shed done. She denied having an attitude (!) and then walked away, saying "Oh, God!" loudly. (Yeah, no attitude there.) "Thats the kind of thing I mean," was my response. The lady had either had a bad day or is in the wrong line of work. This turned out to be a good opportunity to explain to my kids how you most certainly dont want someone who doesnt respect you handling your food. If they dont respect you theyre hardly likely to respect the food they deliver to you.

Will never order from this place again. We ordered a meat lovers they brought a supreme. Estimated delivery time for first pizza was 45min it was over an hour. It took them over an hour to bring the correct pizza. Also when I called to complain the women had to repeat 3 times so what is it you ordered was that a meat lovers. Made me select other wise I would not have even given them a one star.

They only had one driver Sunday night, so they called to let us know it would take a while, the driver apologized for the wait and gave us coupons and the pizza was amazing! They also gave us a free large pizza for the inconvenience. Fantastic food and service every time we order.

Terrible experience. Ordered online. Called after an hour and a half, and was told the driver already left. Store was literally 5 mins away. Called again 30 mins later. Spoke with some idiots. Basically after 2 hours of waiting Im looking for food elsewhere.

3.5 hours for a pizza. Ordered it at 7:30, called to remind them at 9:00, again at 10:00 only to have it arrive at 11:00. They still made me pay 10 bucks for the pizza and it was burnt to a crisp. This place is trash, order papa johns.

Its pretty sad when you try and call one pizza hut and they dont answer, but its absolutely ridiculous when one 2 miles away from you wont deliver and tells you you have to call the one that didnt answer and THEY REFUSE SERVICE TO YOU!

I order from this particular pizza hut all the time. Recently my order was delivered in an hour from order time and the pizza had the exact topping I wanted. People are very nice on the phone.

Its ok. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Also the place had a smell of dirty mop water. Other then that pizza was good just like any other pizza hut.
