Watch your bank statement! My wife and I had dined here several times over the past few years. The food had never been an issue. The last (and I do mean last) time we ate here, we had horrible service. Our drinks were never refilled and the waiter only came by our table once after the food was served and that was only when we were done. We saw him a few times talking to the bartender, so he was not busy. My wife and I have both worked in waitstaff, so we have an idea of what is to be expected. So we left a small tip. A few days later we noticed that we had been charged twice for our meal on our bank statement. To shorten the story, I called no less than three times to get this resolved over the course of two weeks. Every time, I was told that it would be taken care of by the end of the day. That never happened, and we ended up having to get our bank involved to reverse the charge. (Go USAA!) Were fairly certain that this was done purposely by the waiter because of the low tip, because this happened once before at another restaurant when we left a small tip for poor service. That restaurant, however, took care of the duplicate charge immediately. So, either leave a good tip, or watch your bank statement for a duplicate charge when dining here.

The food was horrible and over-priced. We paid exact amount of our bill in cash and gave the money to the waitress as we were putting cash down on the table for a tip when we heard one of the cooks say really loudly "who doesnt tip a server!?!?" as he was staring right at us. I took the tip from the table and left. Went to the car, and decided Id go in and have a chat with a manager. Conveniently, there was no manager on duty so I had the pleasure of correcting the cook who tried calling us out. He gave some mediocre excuse for his actions saying that the waitress hadnt been tipped her previous four customers. In what world does anyone who works for the public thinks its OK to tell someone how/if they should tip? Clearly, the staff needs to get some serious training on customer service...

Literally the worst experience. We made a to go order and called back literally 2 minutes later to cancel a salad and side broccoli order. They said it was "already on the way" (what???) after disputing that, they said they would take it off the bill, no problem type thing. An hour later they show up with the food, including the food we canceled and they even charged us for it. My boyfriend called and the manager seriously laughed and asked him if he was a Hillary supporter and from Florida?? (Again, what?????) they were so awful and rude, we even gave the delivery driver the food back and they still refused to take it off. They must be about to go outta business because they were pretty desperate for about 8 dollars. Lol. Food was decent though.

1 hr and 45 mins to get my food on a sunday when we were the 2nd table seated this day. Waitress offered me a 10% dicount for the trouble and an apologie. I took the discount and boxed my food since my family had already finished theirs before i had recieved mine and finished it at home. I didnt cause a scene just politely left and will not return. This was a place my family went roughly 2-3 times a month and the service was never this bad. Im not going to return simply because the owner was present this day and was aware of the situation and i feel handled it poorly. There are plenty of other good resturantes in Virginia Beach.

I have been eating their pizza for 25+ years and LOVE IT (but it is pricey). Went there Sunday night and for the first time tried their mussels. They were AWESOME! I cant wait to go back and get them again. I would have given 5 stars but the server was horrible. I asked for another glass of wine, when he finally brought it to me my husbands beer was empty. The server did not bother to ask if he wanted another and turned around and left before we could get the request out of our mouth. It took a bit of time before we could get his attention again. He was just all around very slow and not attentive.

I love the food at Primos but our last experience with delivery left us wanting. Tonight when we were going to have delivery, my wife first grabed the menu for Primos. Then she remembered the service we had with our last order and decided to order from Bella Pizza instead. I must say, the food was outstanding at BELLA PIZZA at half the cost. The delivery made it to our house in a third of the time. Thank you Primos for the poor service with our last delivery as I might not have given BELLA PIZZA a chance to win over our business.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst pizza Ive ever had in my life, not even trying to be over dramatic, it really was. The sauce tasted like actual vomit (like the kind of vomit you get after youve been puking for awhile and its really just bile at that point) and the crust was like cardboard, there was hardly any of the toppings I ordered and the cheese was like coagulated or something. It was just so so wrong, kind of hurt my soul that someone could do that to a poor innocent pizza.

I went out to eat just expecting edible food. We were hungry so figured lets try it. We were greeted at the door by a nice man that then sat us. The service was over the top in every way the food was amazing and the chefs cooked with alot of passion. ( we could see them from where we were sat) the bathroom s were clean kitchen and dining room were both clean. The price was very good. Cant wait to go back

Weve been delivery regulars for six years and have never had a negative experience. Love the pizza, not to mention other menu choices. The deliveries typically arrive well before the time stated on the phone and the drivers are always pleasant and professional. My only "complaint"- invest in a website! It would be nice to have an up-to-date menu available online for those of us who prefer delivery!

Decent food, nothing to write home about. Service was horrible. Took almost 20 minutes after ordering to get the appetizers, they were not busy. Server asked if we needed anything, we said just a check please...that was 10 minutes ago and I am still waiting. Pizza was OK, crust a little chewy, good sauce. But anything good about the food is quickly overshadowed by the terribly slow service.

Best pizza in Virginia Beach. Moved here from Northern VA where we had a great NY style pizza place. Tried many places until we found Primos and the search ended. Also the regular menu is great, plenty of pasta dishes and steaks as well. Dom and Donna have a restaurant and pizzeria that has a friendly atmosphere and always make you feel welcome.
