I went in tonight and was help by a short older woman. first she told me I could have the ragoons as my side which Ive done many times before but I let it go. Then someone left their quarter and dime in the machine as I reach for it to give to her she starts slapping my hand away and telling me no. Excuse me? Do you even know what I was doing? The hurried me out of the store with a Togo bag when I wanted to eat inside. Ive had good enough experiences here before but seriously? How rude

Horrible experience. 15 employees working but none could get ice for the fountain drink machine. I watched a customer ask an employee that was standing by the machine could they get ice and the employee said to go ask the peraon working the register to grab from the drive thru. My wife waited 10 minutes for fried rice. The ice machine was never filled up the hole time my family ate there about 20 minutes.

Always enjoy the food but tonight when I got there it was 8:23pm when online it states 9pm (the door sigh said 8:30) & in the past Ive arrived 20-30 minutes before they close, they wont make more of the food they are out of.

Down right nasty.. got the plate was charged for the bigger plate. The side dish of veggies were down right nasty I did not eat them. Looks and tast old and waterlogged. The chicken was good Tho. And the staff was friendly

I love panda express but every time I go here there is hair in my white rice.. I called the health department we will see how it plays out.. Staff is friendly but thats about it
