The good news was our food was fantastic, literally fantastic. Ive been to bdubs all over and this one, the food was really on point; however, this was the WORST bdubs Ive ever been to for service, by far. The hostess boy, I understand its December 21st, on a Sunday, during the Ravens game-- when Im putting my name on the list and asking, "how long is the wait?" Your response, shouldnt be a long, drawn out response on how you wont give me any sort of time, you dont have any vibrating pagers, you wont take a phone number, as you slouch and hunch over the hostess stand like I just walked into your hangout and youre telling me me to leave. Like sorry, am I interrupting your hangout sesh while you watch the ravens game in your man cave? I swore this was a buffalo wild wings. Then, our waitress was boring, uninterested, unintelligent, unclean (like girl, take a shower), and overall just performed her job to the bare minimum. Any less of an effort would have been impossible, she truly was a gem in the lazy and sloth category. Best for last though. The manager who came to our table to ask how our meal was, went out of her way to ask my friends 10 year old sister if she wanted a coloring book. She, of course, freaked out and was like, "yes please please please." The manager returned 20 minutes later after we had finished our food, paid the check, and were literally getting up to leave with a coloring book. Why did you even ask? You ended up making something out of nothing. Again though, the food was amazing and some of the best bdubs Ive had. Sucks when you have a great kitchen staff backed up by a horrible waitstaff and customer service platform.

This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had! Got to the restaurant to find out they only had open seating outside. After being seated with only one other table of people outside took us 15 minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink. Two of the seven people got their drinks first and last was the youngest of all of us that hit his drink over 20 minutes later. Another 20 minutes after we were rudely asked what we would like to eat as out waitress barely paid attention to what we were asking for and trying to rush through our order. The menus were never taken and never asked if we needed refills. The tables that came after us then got their food before us. I tried to get the attention of our waitress three times with no success. I then walked inside to ask for a manger. The manager comes outside, barely even gets to the table to say "your food is coming out" and goes to turn to walk away. No apology, no sympathy, no cares that this is a horrible experience. One of us ordered a glass of wine which never made it to the table. The food finally comes and half of it is wrong. We tell the waitress and she says she will be back. My child then waits for at least another 15 min before he gets the rest of his food. Still never got asked if we would like refills so we had to hunt down another waitress to ask. I could honestly keep going on but lets just say it did not end well either. I must say I have went to the location in Arundel mills which was a great experience but I well never EVER come back here again!

Placed order online for pickup at 9:20 pm. Arrived on time, waited several minutes with no acknowledgement from any member of staff in that area. I finally spoke up & was told rather rudely that I would have to wait. 15 minutes past the scheduled time, my order was ready, but incorrect. It was sent back to the kitchen for wedges instead of fries. Pretzels ordered began to cool, asked Kasey for warm pretzels. She huffed & took my food to the kitchen. About 10 minutes later, she comes back out & places her BARE HAND ON MY PRETZELS & tells me that they have been under the warmer. I immediately told her that she touched my food w/her bare hands & wanted fresh pretzels. She debated back & forth w/me that her hands were clean. Finally, she returned to the kitchen & began making remarks about me before the door closed. Still no food. No update on time remaining to wait, no apology for wait or incorrect order. Food ready at 9:55, Kasey opened food boxes on side counter away from me, then walked over & handed bag without a word. I checked food before leaving, still no apology & order STILL wrong. Chicken was left naked, no sauce despite order. Food was sub par, wedges were not even fully cooked. Even the sauce for pretzels was cold. I am highly unsatisfied & would not recommend this restaurant chain to anyone. This is my second poor experience, this time worse than the last. It is NOT ok to touch food w/bare hands, ignore customers, huff & puff, or complain about a customer. Save your money. Dont come here.

The waiter was really nice but the service was horrible 1st we get there its a wait the greeter told us 25mins but it took 45mins we finally sit down no 1 comes over for about 15mins then this guy comes gives us his name and say he will be right with us & he never returns about another 10mins goes pass & another waiter comes up & say did anyone take your drink order...uumm No so she she takes our order she was really nice & we were so hungry we was glad she came the guy still never returned so we are waiting bout 15mins she comes back & tell us shes sorry the kitchen is backed up & gave us the lil game pad but she will make sure our food is hot we waited another 45mins for our food it finally comes & its not hot at all! Another family is in there & the mother is going off on the manager about how long they waited but we had waited way longer then they did she was going off & got their food half off when he shouldve extended that to all of us who had been there longer I guess cause our skin color didnt match he got them a waiter asap & they got there food before us but our waiter did her best with what she had! We ordered our food at bout 745 we didnt get it til 917 poor service and the floor and tables were a mess b4 we could sit down the greeter had to find a rag & wipe off our table!:(

No longer a BWW fan... They got my order wrong and when I asked the waitress to fix it, she tried to say that is what I asked for. She also got my friend the wrong order and tried convincing her to try it first. She also forgot the cutlery when she served us the food. The waitress did not smile at all, but she did at least bring extra napkins and water when asked. But the part that upsets me the most is that I boxed up my remaining 7 wings and went to the restroom before leaving. I realized I forgot my wings, went back to the table and everything was cleared. This was 60 seconds later! When asking the server, it was mentioned that the bus boy already cleared the table so the wings were probably in the trash and she wouldnt check nor would she do anything about it. They charge $9 for 8 wings, so what the hell?! It wasnt busy at all!! Theres no big sports event, 80% of the tables were open, and it was 60 seconds since my friend also left the table. She could have at least double checked for me. Their wings have been going down hill in taste in all locations, but the atmosphere, the beer, and the appetizers is what had me coming back. Well now Im just frustrated at the atmosphere so Ill go somewhere else instead.
