Was there tonight and wasnt thrilled with our server or drinks. I got the new strawberry lava drink and it came different each time, the last time it wasnt even mixed, frozen on top, liquid at the bottom. Our server Tracy had good tone in her voice but a stone cold face, no smile the entire time. We even saw Tracy take her car keys from the host stand and go outside, through the front door, when we needed her. We patiently waited for Tracys return for her then to come back and hang at the host stand for a few minutes not even looking over at her section. Tracy then passed our table twice before she stopped and asked if we needed anything, which we did, a new ketchup bottle since the one at our table was empty. By the time she stopped back we just sufficed and had already ate our food without any ketchup. We still tipped 20% but we will not be back anytime soon. As a former server she was the worst server we have encountered in years, and it shouldnt be that hard to be a decent server when youre literally using an electronic ordering system in hand instead of having to write it down or memorize it, then going to a computer. What a disgrace!

If I could give no stars I would have. My boyfriend and I went there this past Sunday and we both agreed it was the worse experience either one of us have ever had. After the long wait for a seat they gave us a bar booth. The table was sticky, the menus were sticky. Now mind you our waitress was fine except I felt like she was rushing us to order because they were busy. We finally decided to go with the broccoli and artichoke dip. The wait for that was unbelievable and when it came out the guy bringing it made it seem like the plate was hot but when we took a bite the food was cold and stale. As if someone ordered it and changed their mind so it was left on the side till someone else ordered it. Then it was a good 15 minutes before our waitress came back. By then we just asked to close out and leave. The waitress told us there was no charge. She was very understanding and apologetic. Now Ive worked busy hours at a packed food place before and never have I seen such unorganized and rude establishment. We both decided to never go back to any Fridays again seeing as this was the second we ever been to one and both times we left unsatisfied.

The worst experience ever! My party of 3 was seated at a table in the bar area. We werent greeted by our sever for at least 10-15 mins. The server came and took our drink orders we all got water to start, she asked if we needed more time to look over the menu which we did. When she returned she asked if we were ready and we were she said wait one sec Ill be right back she left for another 5-7 mins. She finally returned to take our order at this point I didnt want anything but the other 2 in my party put in drinks and endless appetizers. The appetizers came out and after that the waitress never even checked to see if we were ok or if the appetizers needed to be replenished. We asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation his response was that she was busy. After seeing the manager at the table she then came to ask if we needed anything else we declined she brought the check and it had the drinks on it that she never brought to the table. Finally we got a manager that had some level of customer service skills he fixed the check and apologized, however Ill make it my business not to visit this location in the future.

I can describe my experience at TGI FRIDAYS with one word SUCKS...I usually make it a habit not to eat at chain establishments...I much rather spend my time and money at privately owned businesses, always better food and services. Do to the fact my wife and I were meeting a group of friends we decided to go for a change. We met with friends who were already seated and waited for someone to take our order for drinks, after a reasonable time and no service I approached the 5 (mindless) girls at the hostess area for someone to help our table they had no clue who was to be waiting our table and had given me the "deer in the headlight look" then I requested the manager be sent over. Now lets skip ahead to receiving our incomplete or botched orders in a noisy, chaotic atmosphere. It truly reminded me of a sceen of herding cattle, No Care, just get all you can in, needless to say I will not be patronizing this firms restaurants again. Eat where people care about seeing you again ! By the way to post a review I had to pick at least one star, they dont deserve that !

I shouldnt be giving them a 1 star. I arrived and seated my self at the bar at 10:50pm. 11:00pm which was 10 minutes later a bartender greeted his self and asked me what I want and I order a Long Island Ice Tea. Minutes later he gave me a drink menu telling me about their special. Umm, excuse me sir, I just told you minutes ago what I wanted. He came back with a water down Long Island... at this point I am not please at all. 11:20 I realize I havent been asked did I want anything to eat. I had to raise my hand for him to get my attention so I can ask for my check. 11:30 no check and Im ready to walk out without paying for my water Long Island. I asked for the manager because this is outragerous. The manager seems like he didnt wanted to be there when he came to me. I paid for my little $4.35 drink and walk off. Fridays White Marsh location, Yall lost a customer.

Worst Fridays experience ever. To start we ordered drinks got served the wrong drinks. Then when we were finally served the correct drinks had to ask for straws. Then we ordered the appetizers and when served had to ask for plates and utensils. We were given one fork each. We then ordered our entres and when served had to ask for napkins and utensils again. When done i asked for the check 3 times before getting it. Guess they didnt want us to leave. The waiter literally brought just the restaurant copy without a full detail of what we were being charged for. Had no idea that was even legal. Had to request a full receipt. We paid the bill which by the way was just a receipt handed to us not in a folder like they usually do. Neither of us finished our meal because the food was horrible. I will never dine at Fridays ever again. Worst customer service ever.

This restaurant is an absolute joke! First of all, their tables and menus are always dirty and sticky(Im speaking from being here numerous times), they never clean up after their guests. On this day,my boyfriend and I went in only to be attended to by a bartender who had such an attitude because she was upset with her previous customers. She was cussing in front of us and treated us with such disrespect. Ontop of that, whenever she would close off another customers cheque she would make rude comments about their tip and how it wasnt worth serving them. Food took forever to get to us as well. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. Yes, their prices are pretty reasonable but the service is horrendous! I wouldnt recommend their Towson location either.
